I've been putting off losing weight for too long - I've kept saying "Yes I'll have another chocolate/bag of crisps/Magnum
, and I'll start the diet tomorrow/Monday/next month"
But this time I'm going to do it. I've got zero willpower so I am counting on the wonderful world of Mumsnet for support!
Now for the facts:
I'm 5'8" and this morning I weighed in at 14st 5lb
!
Aged 17, I weighed 9st 3lb
. Now I'm not saying I want to go back to that, but I would be very happy with 11st 7lb, taking me into a healthy weight range, and 10st 10lb as my goal weight.
But for the time being, I just want to get out of the obese category
