Medexpress- prescribing? Delivering?

Has anyone has an order prescribed since Friday? They are not replying- or even receiving emails due to the volume, so now I’m getting worried. Is there any way they could be pocketing the money and not delivering? The process was so fast before the price increase news, and now it’s a brick wall. I’m at the end of a pen and nothing to use next. As well as going away for a week, so anxious it’ll be warm and wasted. Any updates from Medexpress people would be appreciated!

I ordered 5m early on 15th Aug. Still awaiting clinical review. I have another week before I need it but it's really frustrating.

Turned up half an hour ago, nicely packed and cold so I'm happy. Used my credit so it only cost 73 quid. :-)

Ordered first pen yesterday. They said I needed to upload photos and ID which I did. they then sent email saying order could not progress as photos not received so uploaded again. Still nothing 24 hours later. Payment has gone out of my account immediately though !

Just received my order by Royal.Mail on a Sunday !!
Dispatched yesterday afternoon after 13 complaints and telling them that I was going elsewhere for my order and telling them about the thread on here.My order was 11th August and was in clinical review up until yesterday afternoon.

I placed a reorder for a 10mg pen on the 20th but it's still sitting there as awaiting Clinical Review. There is a tracking record with a despatch date of the 20th as well but no updates from Royal Mail as of this afternoon. The payment has been taken so I would really love to get my medication...

I finished my last pen on Friday so I'm getting a bit (ok, a LOT) nervous here. 😬

I am getting nervous too. I tried shopping f around but most people are sold out - and I need a maintenance friendly prescriber as my BMI is now 23.

the bank holiday will cause further delays.

although the price rises aren’t nearly as bad as I had first though so hopefully this will all die down soon.

Does anyone have a pharmacy2u code? I am going elsewhere. Don't want to use MedExpress ever again.

Do you think they’re holding on and keeping us waiting til Sept 1st so they can charge us the higher price?

Am assuming as it seems they already have our money the price for ours won’t go up. Maybe they will be out of stock and so refund? When we would then have to go back and pay the higher price? Mine of 15th is still awaiting clinical review despite numerous emails with one reply saying they would
put it through as a priority. That was two or three days ago and still nothing!

Hi everyone, I’m quite new to ordering. If I have a tracking number with Royal Mail does that mean it’s likely to be despatched imminently? RM say they haven’t received it yet. I’m hoping to get it by Wednesday as I’ve run out now. Thanks for any advice.

The 'reorder treatment' option has gone for me now too. I genuinely don't think they have any stock anymore. Its an absolute fuckin joke. I was supposed to inject today.

They give you a tracking number when you order it , doesn't mean they dispatched it. I do have a tracking number since 18th August and my order says waiting for clinical review since that day..

This is like covid, I did not purchase more pens that I need, I just waited to need my dose and look, everybody with 2 or 3 pens at home and here I am I can't not even have my dose. I was supposed to inject it in the end of the week.

I feel like I can't order elsewhere at the moment as I delayed taking my first pen after ordering (which I emailed and added to my record with them), and now this is my second pen and they've taken so long that other suppliers will query the time gap???
I'm on wygovey anyway which makes me more annoyed and technically the issue isn't even with that, I wonder if thats also no stock due to ppl switching.

After I get this one I don't know whether to stay or switch providers as is it just these that have gone mad, or is it every supplier having same delays...

I’ve been waiting on my order since 19/08 of my usual 10mg pen. I’ve emailed today to chase up and guess what? They have replied saying they are now out of stock of 10,12.5 and 15mg and will refund me but it will take up to 15 days to get my refund. Absolute TWATS!! They are banking on me re-ordering at the new inflated £290 from 1st September. I’m shopping elsewhere after being loyal to them since January. I’m fucking fuming 😡

ME have confirmed to me they don't have any stock of 10mg
I ordered on the 22nd
Gutted as its the only place I found to have it

Just seen this email from 23:45 last night, I do hope it’s true!

I had that exact same email two or three days ago and no pen or approval. I ordered a 10mg and now see people are saying ME is out of 10mg pens.

Issue is, I think these timescales start after the clinical review has been completed?

They emailed me this morning that they are out of stock for everything except 2.5. They didn’t say for how long.
