Medexpress- prescribing? Delivering?

Has anyone has an order prescribed since Friday? They are not replying- or even receiving emails due to the volume, so now I’m getting worried. Is there any way they could be pocketing the money and not delivering? The process was so fast before the price increase news, and now it’s a brick wall. I’m at the end of a pen and nothing to use next. As well as going away for a week, so anxious it’ll be warm and wasted. Any updates from Medexpress people would be appreciated!

They are not replying to me , it's the 6th day , sent all the required info which they were extra cautious about , which is fine but been waiting for approval and sent 3 emails, one got returned.
They were reply immediately when they wanted photos and other info last week

Ordered Friday, delivered Saturday!

Regular customer who reordered same dose last Thursday. Still showing as pending approval and receiving only generic email responses from their customer service team.

I ordered Monday and the pen was delivered today.

Ordered 5 days ago and still awaiting clinical review. Really doubt I'll be able to take my dose on Monday. Mega pissed off.

So much discrepancy in delivery! Similar wait for me & I’m so frustrated and getting anxious too. I know I should relax and wait- they have said it could take time. But I’m now worried it either isn’t going to be approved or will sit outside while I’m away.
I have ordered needles to do the golden dose- I wasn’t intending to, but feel like it’s the last option.

Mine still says in clinical review, but when I click on track delivery it says it has been dispatched.

I ordered a 10mg on Thursday delivered Monday and I ordered a 12.5mg Monday and it was delivered today.

My order also is pending but ‘track delivery’ says it was dispatched minutes after I placed my order on Thursday and Royal Mail is waiting to receive it. Is it too cynical of me to think that orders have been marked immediately as dispatched so Medexpress can avoid refunding customers?

I ordered Friday and the message said there would be a 7-10 day delay. It was approved and dispatched today (Wednesday 20th) and will be delivered tomorrow. They have been answering all my emails too.

This is so weird. Regular customer here and ordered 15th Aug and still saying awaiting clinical review - strange that some are just getting sent out and some are not!

Mine won't even let me track delivery. Its a total joke.

Ordered Monday, arrived today. It was a 7.5mg if that makes a difference? I have heard that it’s the higher doses that are running out.

I took up their offer to swap to Wegovy due to the price increase. Regular customer: still pending. So many people ordering from multiple companies: i understand they're busy, but I thought if I stayed with them I'd get priority. Silly me. I go away on Friday so now I'm hoping it gets really held up! 🤣

I’d assumed it was just busy because of the price hike but had mine yet which I ordered at the weekend. I’m off to try and track it. I’ll report back

I was able to order pens two days apart for the first time ever.

ordered on Friday and then a second pen on Monday. Both under clinical reviews.

Actually I just hit track delivery and one is with royal mail and other is expected.

hopefully that means they are on their way!

@Bellyblueboy I’ve just checked mine as I did the same and ordered two pens, days apart. Both still under review and Royal Mail waiting to receive. So disappointed!
