Medexpress- prescribing? Delivering?

Has anyone has an order prescribed since Friday? They are not replying- or even receiving emails due to the volume, so now I’m getting worried. Is there any way they could be pocketing the money and not delivering? The process was so fast before the price increase news, and now it’s a brick wall. I’m at the end of a pen and nothing to use next. As well as going away for a week, so anxious it’ll be warm and wasted. Any updates from Medexpress people would be appreciated!

Just had confirmation my 5mg has been dispatched, but could take up to 5 days, expected by 28th ! It will be as warm as a Chinese takeaway by then !

Don’t worry, it will be sitting in the warehouse for 4 days nice and cool before being actually posted. I’ve queried this with MedExpress in the past as I was worried and they said the above. It’s always sent Tracked24 so won’t actually be on the road longer than that.

Now they are saying that the wait begins from when they obtained photos , which took them 3 days to ask for and then doctors details , which they had for the last 18 months only asked for that 3 days ago.

Another email saying they will prioritise my order. We’ll see!

Ordered 7.5mg on 15th, came today.

My 12.5mg is awaiting clinical review since 15th August. I would take a 10 instead if they would just say they had no stock.

Interestingly it has a RM tracking number assigned to it and RM say ‘The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail.’ Not sure when that was added

Me too, ordered step up dose of 12.5mg on 15th August and still awaiting clinical review. I just ordered another 10mg just to be on the safe side as I’m aware that if they don’t have any until after September 1st I’ll have to pay the £300, which I certainly won’t be doing! So now I have a 10mg and a 12.5mg awaiting clinical review 🙄 Will see what happens 😅

Did you get the usual notifications on the website and by email?

I have sent another email , saying that it is unacceptable and that I know some people are getting their medication next day , asked them if they are pocketing the money and why as a regular customer being told that there is a huge demand and being fobbed off and there is a thread on here about their terrible customer service.
Royal Mail DELIVERY TOMORROW, just got a text.

Which email address did you use @Poodlelove. I ordered on Monday and stuck on Under clinical review. It's very annoying as they took the money straight away, I could accept a delay in delivery but not knowing if it will be approved or not is so frustrating.

I replied to the constant messages that they kept sending about needing more photos , GP info and weight and height , I have been in clinical review since 13th , order was the 11th.
I think it was the support team , the messages that come through quickly.

So my dispatch email said might not arrive until 28th but Royal Mail just texted to say it’s coming tomorrow! Hopefully that’s the case for you too @butterfly0404 🙂

I ordered one on 14th which still hasn’t been delivered so I’ve ordered another last night

Has anyone ordered elsewhere? I've only ever used MedExpress. Don't even know where else I could get it!

Same here! It says dispatched since 18/08 when I ordered it but still waiting for clinical review.. I'm so mad.i did not order more as some people did, this is just my normal pen /dose ...

I ordered 5mg 7.45 on Friday 15th still in “awaiting clinical review” Just now sent a chasing email. I may place another order, undecided.

I did not know we could order again if the previous order is not delivered.

Medexpress. I’ve just checked it says it’s been dispatched but Royal Mail tracking says it’s still waiting for the parcel. Really annoyed cos it’s my usual dose not an extra one

Ordered over two weeks ago ( 5mg) and nothing other than the generic updates.
