Medexpress- prescribing? Delivering?

Has anyone has an order prescribed since Friday? They are not replying- or even receiving emails due to the volume, so now I’m getting worried. Is there any way they could be pocketing the money and not delivering? The process was so fast before the price increase news, and now it’s a brick wall. I’m at the end of a pen and nothing to use next. As well as going away for a week, so anxious it’ll be warm and wasted. Any updates from Medexpress people would be appreciated!

I have emailed and received a reply. Asked for it to be sorted or they can refund. No mention of refund in their email just a ‘everything is taking longer’ push back - not for everyone it would seem!

I ordered a 5mg on Thursday as soon as I heard the price news. It was awaiting clinical review until today when it progressed to dispatched. Hoping I might be able to squeeze one more order in before the hike.

Mine has been prescribed but not out for delivery yet. I ordered last Thursday.

I saw someone say they are sold out and awaiting stock, maybe yours is on back order, it’s a shame they aren’t replying but I think loads have been panic buying and they can’t cope with demand

Mine is the same , ordered Thurs says it’s still awaiting review but when I click on it there’s a tracking number but worse it says the sender dispatched it on Friday…..but it hasn’t arrived yet! Am in a panic now as am going on holiday in a week. If it had been dispatched on Fri it should be here now, i don’t want a warm pen.

Same here - so frustrating as I run out next week - am going away Fri-Mon and no one is around to take the parcel in if it gets delivered

@thecomedyofterrors. Yes I used the hello@ address. They were still emailing me about my question after the pen had been dispatched and didn’t appear to know!
Different depts not communicating.

Exactly the same for me. I was pending approval yesterday. I screenshot that. Yesterday evening it's marked as sent but like you it was marked as dispatched as soon as I ordered it. But Royal mail are waiting for it. No emails at all to update me

I quired why it was showing as not approved yesterday but out for delivery since Saturday.

Got a reply saying they will look into it but it's very generic and doesn't answer my question at all

Just got an email saying it’s just been prescribed and they’ll let me know when dispatched. Which is odd seeing as they previously said on Friday it had been dispatched 🤷‍♀️

Ordered Monday. Still in review. They've taken my money though.

Ordered 7.5mg Wednesday, coming tomorrow. I’m titrating down now so also ordered 5mg today. Still in clinical review.

I am a regular customer.
I think they are prioritising new customers.
My order was 11th August, they complained about my photos 8 times.
I offered to send a naked picture in the end because they were silly reasons each time.
I have sent 9 emails and told them about this thread and asked if they were going out of business and should I go elsewhere.
I know they are probably not but it seems very odd

I'm also a regular customer. Despite Medexpress telling me on Monday that my 14/08 (repeat) 5mg order was confirmed and no further information required, today they emailed to say that I needed to send additional photographs. I have never been asked for additional information on any of my earlier repeat orders so have cancelled and am getting a refund. Will be changing supplier for my next pen.

Gone from.awaiting approval on Tuesday, to approved and out of delivery. To not approved again today. Yesterday it said the tracking was created the day I ordered. So I queried this last night. Low and behold, they are full of smoke and mirrors. That's three orders awaiting approval since Thursday. Thankfully I ordered from four suppliers or I'd have no next pen. I don't want four pens. I just want one and some honesty. Thank god I did as I'm out of order period now. How can they approve them now

I am in maintenance and had planned to transfer to a cheaper supplier this month - but figured given the rush it was safer to stick with MedExpress. Might have been a mistake.

IQ Dr has rejected my order as its passed four weeks dispite being my last supplier.they want to restart at 5mg.i have explained that I didn't start as soon as I got my first.pen. see what they say

I am worried about no refund and no pen now too. They’ve not replied to 4/5 email enquires over the last week. I will call tomorrow.

Just had an email and notification to say that they don't have my weight , height and starting weight , which I gave them on the 11th .
The notification had said it was waiting for review but they can't review it with the information , so gave it again.
Fed up with it now.
Might use Orlistat again , it did work when I took it and it's cheap.

Ordered Mon 10.30pm, delivered weds. 7.5 pen

Now had email saying 5mg delayed 7 - 10 days. No great rush.

My pen was delivered today, so a week from ordering. Not bad. I didn’t get the usual ‘your order has been dispatched’ email just a text from Royal Mail today saying it would be delivered! Luckily someone was in.
