Medexpress- prescribing? Delivering?

Has anyone has an order prescribed since Friday? They are not replying- or even receiving emails due to the volume, so now I’m getting worried. Is there any way they could be pocketing the money and not delivering? The process was so fast before the price increase news, and now it’s a brick wall. I’m at the end of a pen and nothing to use next. As well as going away for a week, so anxious it’ll be warm and wasted. Any updates from Medexpress people would be appreciated!

I cancelled my order a couple of months ago with Med express as they were awful. I recommend Online clinic, never had an issue with delays. I ordered Wegovy 3 days ago and it was delivered today.

My MedExpress order which was finally approved yesterday morning is being delivered by Royal Mail today. The email from ME said delivery by 3/9 but it is next day delivery, which is what I’ve always had before.

Clearly the stock came in. I got one pen yesterday, and this morning they approved my second order and it is on the way, yay!

Whilst their comms is awful, I do actually feel it is Eli Lilly who has just thrown them into disarray with very little notice. And all the flip flopping on prices doesn’t help either.

up until this month I have had no issue with ME, so depending on the increase will probably stick with them once things settle.

Royal Mail have received mine this evening. Royal Mail have told me they will deliver it on Tuesday 2/9. That will be almost 72 hours after Royal Mail received my parcel.

I have emailed MedExpress but I don’t expect they will read my email to take action on RM within time. It has been sent RM24!!

Mine was sent out on the Saturday of the bank holiday and delivered on the Tuesday. It was still cold when it arrived. I think I have read something about the cool packs lasting for 3 days. They were definitely not frozen any more, but did still feel about fridge temperature.

I signed up with them on 23rd August but didn't get approved until the 30th (I didn't even get the text conversation with a prescriber that others have mentioned). Overall I'm not at all impressed with Juniper and won't be using them again. Also the cancellation process was ridiculous, constantly filling out the same forms, beyond frustrating.

I ordered my next dose on 15th August and I am still waiting for it to be clinnically approved. I am just getting a generic reply to my e mails.

I ordered 5mg on 28th and it has now been approved and is awaiting despatch. The orders seem to be moving again now.

I haven’t been asked to pay any extra.

Still trying trying to get through on the phone (whilst working etc.) to get a refund for my order which I placed on 15th August. I have been sent a request for me to confirm my current weight as I’ve lost 30 lb since my first order with them in May. Erm, it’s a weightloss jab and I have been getting it from other suppliers! What do they expect?! It’s just another delaying tactic from them. If I get no response I’m going to ask the credit card to process a chargeback. I should have just stuck with ordering from Pillsorted.

Says dispatched now. Tracking not working, though.

planning for this to be my last order. BMI down to 19.9 so time to titrate down and learn to maintain my new healthy lifestyle without support!!

Is anyone else still waiting? I ordered on 20/8 and have only had the generic email updates. I messaged them, and got an automated response saying my order was guaranteed and the August price and they’d get to it. Just seems a very long time now?

I’ve changed to swift doctor. Got approved almost instantly and it’s cheaper than med express.
