Medexpress- prescribing? Delivering?

Has anyone has an order prescribed since Friday? They are not replying- or even receiving emails due to the volume, so now I’m getting worried. Is there any way they could be pocketing the money and not delivering? The process was so fast before the price increase news, and now it’s a brick wall. I’m at the end of a pen and nothing to use next. As well as going away for a week, so anxious it’ll be warm and wasted. Any updates from Medexpress people would be appreciated!

I had that exact same email two or three days ago and no pen or approval. I ordered a 10mg and now see people are saying ME is out of 10mg pens.

This is like covid, I did not purchase more pens that I need, I just waited to need my dose and look, everybody with 2 or 3 pens at home and here I am I can't not even have my dose. I was supposed to inject it in the end of the week.

I've seen threads of people saying they have enough for 4 or 5 months
I also can't get 10mg, I have one dose left

Hi, I’ve been a bit snowed under lately, so haven’t been keeping up with all the news on Mounjaro availability at old prices. Have been using Medexpress since the beginning and got the email from them about ordering at the old price while stocks lasted. Only got round to ordering it now and only 2.5 and 5mg came up as options to order. Does that mean all the other doses are sold out at the old price now?

I’ve been waiting for 2.5 since the 15/8. Still in clinical review. How easy is it to switch to another provider? I’ve lost over a stone since I started so no longer bmi30 (still overweight)

they didn't emailed me.. How can we order from another prescriber? I'm in the category overweight but not obese as when I start buying from medexpress.

They give you a tracking number when you order it , doesn't mean they dispatched it. I do have a tracking number since 18th August and my order says waiting for clinical review since that day..

Thank you. This all feels pretty hopeless. I’m new to this and had no idea people could order multiple pens from multiple providers like this. I’m feeling pretty disheartened about it all now after a really positive first month.

I think you can switch to iqdoctor but you have to send in several photos, including your previous box of Mounjaro so they can see what dose you were on.

I've asked them to confirm that they will honour the price paid even if out of stock until September. At no point have they said there are stock issues (just that there's a delay due to increased demand). Will update when I get a response but not holding my breath!

Ordered 5mg on 21/08 as was away on holiday until 22nd and didn't want to risk it arriving too early!

Sorry to hear of others' awful experiences with them 😞 and hope that you can all get the pens you need one way or another and asap!

I got an email about 10pm last night asking me to clarify some additional details about my history - which is with them as I'm existing customer.
I made an additional order with juniper yesterday so if that gets approved faster I'll either cancel medexpress or pause the juniper as will have two pens

My hardest thing is I'vw ordered the next dose up as per the schedule but was supposed to take on Sunday - which now means I'm decreasing the amount in my system so am worried about side effects... Can't win

Ah what a nightmare, can’t believe they’ve kept people hanging on for so long!

Day 10 of waiting for me now ☹️ just for my next pen, nothing out of the ordinary. Sent an email Saturday and another yesterday but no reply. Would say maybe because of bank holiday but seems the communication is failing in general. I’d rather just know and be kept in the loop now if they’re not going to prescribe so I can make other plans! Time is ticking on, only 6 days until September and it’s all getting a bit worrying. Had my last dose of my most recent pen last night.

I have sent around 8 emails now. I finally heard back last night that as I’ve waited 7+ days for a clinical review, and they aim for 1-4 they will escalate to urgent review. Not helpful though if they’ve run out of 5mg pens. So annoyed with them as I’m not out of pens and down £300+, so unable to find another prescriber quickly. Any suggestions of who has stock and August prices?

Ugh, I ordered from medexpress on 15th (existing customer - 10mg pen), still waiting for clinical review. Got an email last Thursday morning saying escalated to urgent review and still nothing. I called them this morning (45 minutes on hold!), the person was less than useless and just said she couldn’t do anything more 🤷‍♀️ very very frustrating, and I have one dose left which is due tomorrow.

It's not good is it? I can't see us getting any orders until September now. I did a half dose of 5mg from my 20mg pen today. I can't see there's much realistic choice any more. Plus now I'm well outside of my 8 weeks reorder window. I was toying with trying Juniper and doing a screen shot of my order on hold but what's the point? They was showing as out of stock yesterday too. Feels like I'm just delaying the inevitable

Now both orders are there and I have been charged for both on my credit card, but both are in clinical review, so assuming they might cancel one of them. Although if I got both eventually that would be great!

Luckily I just started a pen so can afford to wait a few weeks, it feel so sorry for all you ladies who have run out, what a nightmare!!

Will keep watching to see what happens!
