Medexpress- prescribing? Delivering?

Has anyone has an order prescribed since Friday? They are not replying- or even receiving emails due to the volume, so now I’m getting worried. Is there any way they could be pocketing the money and not delivering? The process was so fast before the price increase news, and now it’s a brick wall. I’m at the end of a pen and nothing to use next. As well as going away for a week, so anxious it’ll be warm and wasted. Any updates from Medexpress people would be appreciated!

Bizarrely just checked status and it is waiting to be clinically reviewed

Just had an email to say they've run out of 15mg with no date to say when I can expect a delivery.

Ordered mine 7,5 mg on Friday 15/08 and it still shows as under clinical review.
No answer back for emails or phone calls. Ive never had a problem with them before, so disappointed to hear some people ordered after me and received their pens already. Yesterday, I received an email and message from them it has been finally prescribed and should be despatched within 1-3 days. However, on my account it is still says under clinical review. Also, can track parcel, but RM still expect it. Its been a week now and I have no clarity what is going on with my order and money has been taken at same day as ordered.

Ordered mine last Friday (5mg as now on maintenance). Still awaiting clinical review and we are off on holiday in a few days so I’m concerned it won’t arrive in time. There's no one home to take in the parcel then. The payment was taken immediately though!

Did anyone just get an email about the medexpress price increases, and see this:
For other dose strengths, if current supplies run out before September, they will return at the new prices once back in stock.
This implies to me they’ve run out of 5ml and are now going to charge September prices. With two pens now on order and a holiday tomorrow, I feel they’ve stopped me from exploring another provider while having my money and unable to fulfilled their commitment. V, v frustrated with their lack of transparency.

I ordered last week and got delivered yesterday. I think they are just very very bush with people panicking ordering due to the upcoming price increase.

@cannyvalley That’s the email I got too. The small print says if they run out of stock before September they’ll charge new prices.

My pen was ordered over a week ago and still not clinically reviewed. So I tried the golden dose and it worked! I think I’ll make a pen last the 5 weeks from here on, which I hadn’t intended to do.

So ordered 15th. Have sent a few emails asking why its taking so long and had generic responses. Got an email tonight asking for photos. Why do they need photos? I've been on this for a year! Honestly mega pissed now. Load of shite. Why not just prescribe it like they always do?

In fairness I have been on it for nearly a year and have hot healthy BMI. I was asked for photos a couple of months ago.

The price increases aren’t as bad as I thought they would be. I am maintaining on 5mg. It’s a £50 increase; I was horrified by the £400 widely quoted

Same here but no request for photos. Order just sitting there. I have emailed again and asked them to shit or get off the pot so to speak! If they aren’t going to get on with issuing my own then give me my money back…

I do have a stash of Wegovy from when I was on it before so going on to that anyway.

To be honest I don't know what to do. My jab day is Monday. I 100% won't have it for then. Its my bday at the end of the month too and I really don't want to be missing injections. Do I go elsewhere or wait it out? What are you guys doing? I don't know how much hassle it would be to try another pharmacy. What evidence do I need etc? I wouldn't get it now due to my weight because I've been on it a year so I have obviously lost weight!

Ordered on 11th, previous customer but not current, all medical history disclosed previously. I received multiple emails from at least 6 different people at MedExpress asking for info id already supplied. I have very mild NAFLD which is now reversed due to weight loss and their clinical person wanted copies of my liver function tests...sent those in but because they were in January this year they wouldn't approve my 5mg despite me having this issue when I first went on MJ and no other supplier queried it.

I got so fed up with repeating myself over the last fortnight and then all emails just bouncing back due to their servers being overwhelmed, I got my credit card supplier to reverse the payment (Amex) as I couldn't work out how to request a refund.
Got an email today to say my order is approved awaiting dispatch !

I won't use MedExpress again, just wanted to use up my 80 quid referral credit.

I had started to titre down before the announcement and am on week 3 of 12.5mg. Have ordered a 10mg pen to start next week. But I’m so hungry. Just really sad as i can’t afford the higher doses and if im hungry and craving shit on 12.5mg I’m going to be useless on even lower doses.

just seems pointless even paying for low doses for maintenance to be honest. I’ve been such a slow loser the whole time, haven’t lost anything for months even though I’ve been on 15mg for a year and am still overweight. BMI 28.

@MadisonMarieParksValetta I ran out today. Pen ordered over a week ago, and thought Medexpress would have delivered by today. I used the fifth golden dose straight from the pen- and it worked.

Been on MJ through ME since January and still got at least 4st to lose. Ordered last Sunday and still awaiting clinical review 😭 up until this month it has been pretty faultless and never waited more than a day or two. I’m on 12.5mg. Any joy for anyone?

My friend orders through Boots pharmacy and has had no delay issues.

Still clinical review from order on 11th Aug.Money taken immediately.
Started asking for photos which I gave on the 13 th.Each time there was something wrong with the photo.
Previous customer stopped in March.
Then they said that I hadn't told them my GP and current weight 48 hours later.
10 emails I have sent , I have asked if they are going out of business.
Does anyone recommend another company as I refuse to use them again, obviously after I get / if I get a refund?
Told them that there is a thread on here about their incompetence.

I just tried to order with Oushk. They are out of stock. cloud not taking new customers

I ordered on the 14th of August and today I get an email from Medical Express to say that my pen should be with me on the 28th.

This is so bizarre. I ordered my pen yesterday and it’s been dispatched today. Sorry not trying to be insensitive (I’m not stockpiling, just need my next dose) but there is such inconsistency with all of this.

I had had a delivery from my order on the 14th from Farmeci. Came two days ago.

Bolt has now approved me too awaiting dispatch which doesn't guarantee there's a pen for me until it's posted I guess. Both ordered on the 14th.

I want to try Juniper too as they have pens in stock but there's a worry I could still be approved by Med Express.

Honestly don't know what to do next. I have my Farmeci pen so that's something. Basically I did four orders and it's secured me one pen so in hindsight I'm glad I did. Otherwise on Tuesday I'd have no pen at all.
