12lbs down in 3 weeks not sure if I should go up to 5 as 2.5 is working and only occasionally getting stomach cramp. I’ve had 4 jabs and the pharmacy do it as I don’t like needles! Hope everyone doing well too x

Found you! So I ordered from MedExpress yesterday and sent a price match request (2.5mg Chemist 4 U) and today I've received an email and credit heading to my account. I just filled in a form and sent a screen shot. Easy.

I got mine today too 🥳

So weekly weigh in day, despite me actually weighing every day, today is THE day.
Happy I weighed yesterday, especially as today I am exactly the same whoop whoop! So my fry up for lunch, and a few wines with friends last night didn't hurt after all.

Have taken my third 2.5mg this morning, in my tummy this time and all good.
So stats for me now I've a couple of weeks under my belt....

SW 190.6
CW 181.2
GW 155 (may change this to 161 as more manageable long term).

My SW dropped 3lbs overnight from the first day so I'm not sure I should count that!
So total loss of 9lbs 4, or 6lbs 4 🤔

Does anyone have a Renpho Health app/scale?
I'm wondering if they go up in 10ths rather than 14ths for lbs? Anyone know?

Did my first 5mg jab last night and my word the nausea and burping had hit me like a train today! Have only managed to eat a tuna and cucumber sandwich and a rice cake today despite a 5:30 alarm call (and a two hour wake overnight) from DC2!!! Have planned a nice light dinner of ramen noodles to have with DH later though if I can force myself to stomach it!!

Posting for Monday, which will be jab 3, five days late. Still 3kg ish down in two weeks.

I'm drinking electrolytes, taking psyillium husk and getting myself back in the mindset required for this.

I really hope that I can continue on this medication without being ill again.

Have just been out to lunch to one of our favourite restaurants; BIG test of willpower/MJ! Probably ate a 1/3 of what I would normally eat there but hopefully it won't cause other, ahem, digestive issues as it was a lot richer than what I'm currently used to eating 😬🤞

took my 5 mg dose on Wednesday evening. Thursday was fine and then Friday morning loads of sulphur burps. Friday night was pretty awful with gripey pains and diarrhoea. Seems to have eased today but I’ve only been able to sip water and tea today. I feel weak and awful.
Hoping this is the worst of it but I’m definitely thinking I may drop to 3.75 for the next one.

Hi can I join in? I've just done my second jab at 5mg (so 6th jab overall). My first jab at 5mg sounds exactly like you @Bellabluea and I was worried about the second but it was totally fine (was weds night so would have seen symptoms by now).
I have lost 6.6kg so far but have about 40kg to lose in total. Feeling hopeful at the moment.

Stomach pain, burping and diarrhoea has stopped! Feel much better.

I am the lightest I have been for 3 years and should get into the overweight rather than obese category by the end of Feb.

I have my 5mg pen ready but planning to stay on 2.5 if it keeps working the way it is.

My only regret is that I didn't do this a year ago.
