If its true and it is the start of the uncoupling, H must be thrilled to leave that great big white elephant to M and never have to go there again. Who has a 15 year plan for their marriage which begins with lets live a world apart for 15 years and ill pop back every now and then. Sure you will:) dont wait in or up.

If he is here on his own he will be fine. The dc will be fine too, hopefully with a decent nanny / house keeper because for all the talk about dc needing both parents, if one or both parent isn't a natural parent ( polite term) and is more concerned openly with thenselves, they are better off without them. School will bring stability and friends.

Being told not to look at cameras - presumably- whilst your mum is posing and simpering herself at the camera at every opportunity must be so confusing to a child.

So, is Markus coming over?

KnickerlessParsons · 25/08/2026 23:45

I wondered if Doria would come with them. She’s the only relative they have contact with and she’s miss them, and they her.
though having said that, she keeps a remarkably low profile. She’s never in any family snaps and we don’t hear anything of her.

DaisyDooley · 25/08/2026 23:50

If when the split comes can we please have a bingo card with who will be blamed -because of course it won’t be HaM will it.
Everyone else will be at fault.
I can’t believe that she will be leaving the kids in the racist country while she concentrates on ‘business’though. I know that she didn’t have a very good example of mothering but surely as parents the one thing we try to do is give our kids a better childhood than we had?

It will be William’s fault .

Why would you leave an enormous mansion empty while buying/renting another one in UK? I think Meghan needs a luxury apartment in LA. But I guess she needs to keep up the fiction that she is growing produce in her garden.

MrsFinkelstein · Yesterday 05:01

Placemarking, thanks for the new thread

MrsLeonFarrell · Yesterday 06:14

Obviously it's hard to tell from newspaper articles so I'm just speculating. When Meghan talks publically about the children it is about how much they love her (same with when she mentions H). Harry in his rare comments talks about their interests. I don't have much time for Harry in general but I do think of the two of them he is probably the more involved parent.

The whole international living plan seems really strange to me but i have no experience of that type of life. I hope that whatever happens in the future the children can find stability and happiness, as can their parents.

Recklessismymiddlename · Yesterday 06:24

thank you for the new thread. Watching. No idea what’s going on. I’m still of the opinion, that this was specifically leaked, last week to distract from ANL, which worked.

Yes, I think it’s all a fiction, and to some extent the whole Montecito lifestyle always was. I don’t think either of them ever really liked it. They just thought it looked like they were ‘succeeding’.

Now we’re seeing a suspiciously MIG-style separation i.e. gradual divorce masquerading as not a divorce. We already had the professional division of areas (earlier this year), followed now by a geographical separation of the family. I’ve seen it a lot in monied families. Carefully does it.

For all that people like Richard Eden are crowing about calling it right with ‘Project Thaw’ last summer/autumn, I don’t think they did. This is ‘Project Divorce’, during which Harry and his children will be brought to the UK for safety from those who would use the situation to further harm the monarchy. Very different. This is a delicate, complex extraction, as many of us predicted.

As I’ve been reading and catching up (had the nerve to go out yesterday) it seems to me that coming back alone and devoting himself to his kids is clearly the best route to fixing Hs image. There will inevitably be charities etc, but the pictures and stories of H with his kids at events and taking care of them seems the most likely rehab route. Especially if M isn’t about. With her here I don’t think it’s possible to fix.

Looks like Meg’s getting custody of the chooks in Montecito. H and the kids are upping sticks with the dogs for The Incredible Journey.

I don't understand that post at all.

I agree. It looks like a softly softly divorce in motion to me. Interesting as Doria left Meghan at around the same age as Lilly is now.

There really is no way to successfully spin sending your children to live in a country you have repeatedly called racist and dangerous whilst you live thousands of miles away in order to prioritise a failing jam business, especially given your only involvement is a few photos posted on social media.

This is deliberate separation from her husband and children by choice.

What Meghan wants, Meghan gets.

When the eventual divorce will happen depends on if she can reel in someone better, ie richer, otherwise she might keep the status quo so she can keep her empty title.

I don’t think H will decide to end it unless he finds somebody over here, which is possible I suppose.

He is definitely the sort of man who needs another woman’s hand to hold before he lets go of the previous one.

Yes I think she is desperate to retain her title and Royal connections, she isn't interested in being Harry's wife any longer in any meaningful way. I suspect he became impossible to tolerate because of homesickness/boredom/isolation and she is off loading him in a way that she thinks will not look like divorce initially.

I keep thinking about the interview PH gave when he said something to the effect of "I love my country even though there are people there who have done me great harm". That's the sort of statement we can expect from them when if things go completely wrong. Ambiguous insinuation will sum it up nicely . . .

She would have no obvious visa route.

ABitFab · Yesterday 07:34

As horrible as a divorce is I actually think it's the best for these two and fingers crossed harry starts bringing them up normally.
lose the titles though

If he is here full time and she isn't I suspect he will find someone else. Although I don't know who would fancy him and all his baggage.

It is reported that Montecito house will remain staffed (same staff to look after the chickens), ie I think the Montecito house will remain staffed for Meghan to live there.

The dogs are reportedly going over the UK where Harry and the kids will be living.

The Incredible Journey was about a group of two dogs and a cat finding their way home.

Irememberwhenitwasallfieldsroundhere · Yesterday 07:39

Thanks for the new thread. I think it’s divorce too but interesting that it looks like Harry will keep the kids. What was all that grandchildren of the monarch stuff? There was something on previous threads about it but I can’t remember.Mind you, if she’d been threatened with that we’d surely know about it.

Harry would do well to remember as well that Diana was a monarchist and whilst she was angry at Charles she believed in The Crown and would never have trashed the institution and HMTLQ the way HAM have done.

@BigWillyLittleTodger thank you for the new thread. I won't believe a word of what's meant to be going on until there's proper evidence - it's all smoke and mirrors atm!
