Is Kate Middleton wearing a blonde WIG?

Saw pictures today of Catherine, The Princess of Wales at the Natural History Museum.

I’m glad to see her back to work and looking happy. I’m also stunned by how different her hair looks. I always admired her amazing brown hair, so the blonde is quite the shock. Maybe it’s the wind and the rain creating the effect, but it almost looks like she is wearing a wig?

Just to clarify, I understand she went through cancer treatment and that can affect the hair in many ways. If she is wearing a wig, I really really don’t see a problem with it. If anything, it would be such a boon to cancer patients and people with alopecia etc who do wear wigs frequently. They could see that even wearing a wig you could look as fabulous as Kate.

Either way what is your verdict, wig or her own hair? Does the blonde suit her or do you prefer her as a brunette?

Also as a side note I love her outfit.

If she’s in the grip of an eating disorder to the extent you suggest, she’s surely too unwell to work, rather than lazy.

I don’t get why you dislike Kate so much, what is it that gets your back up about her? What do you get out of repeatedly saying she’s mentally ill, she’s lazy, she’s skeletal? Posts getting deleted all over the shop, it just seems so unlike you from what I have seen of your other non royal posts around the place.

Meghan is easy to like and dislike because she has shared a lot about herself which people will either relate to or not, and there are various strong narratives about her life that people subscribe to. But Kate is professionally bland and inoffensive, it’s so weird to see such a strong personal antipathy towards her.

It’s partly the hyperbole I think, so not just lazy but can’t help going for laziest woman in England. And please note, it’s not just recently, she always has been. And Meghan is not just good looking or attractive or even gorgeous but smoking hot 😬

I’ve seen people say that Meghan reportedly dislikes her feet but no actual criticism of the feet, probably because as far as I can see they look completely normal. I haven’t seen anything like this thread - “Has Meghan had VENEERS?” “Is Meghan wearing A WIG?” “Has Meghan had WORK DONE?”

Her teeth are too big for her face, she has veneers. Pictures comparing her nose how it was when she was a teen and look at it now. What she does to her hair, the treatments she uses on it. I have seen close up pictures of her feet whilst posters laugh at her toes. How they are spaced and her bunions in shoes. Countless posts about how she has changed her face with facelifts

Please don't rewrite history on what's been said about Meghan's appearance. No, it isn't just her clothes sense 🥺

I mean, I’m not on here all the time @jumpingthehighjump - I really don’t remember equivalent threads about Meghan but do feel free to post some links and put me straight. I didn’t say that there had never in the history of MN been a post about Meghan’s appearance, just that people tend to talk more about the clothes rather than do that. I feel like there’s a difference between - Meghan should wear more colour / dress for her shape / get someone to iron her clothes - and Kate is skeletal / haggard / has an eating disorder / is addicted to laxatives. Like I say, I don’t remember this kind of stuff, a thread started solely to speculate about and slag off how Meghan looks.

I agree her clothes are talked about. I am not going to post links to threads, there are hundreds over years and within those threads is criticism of all parts of her body! I am just taken aback that anyone would say her face and figure has not been talked about.

I have already said... the criticism of Meghan's body, face, feet etc is embedded within the threads about her of which there has been hundreds. So, for instance, when talking about her As Ever or a Charity thing she's done, or her and Harry together, there are posts about what she looks like, her smile, her teeth, her nose... the threads over years totalling hundreds, meander around digging up all sorts of criticism of her appearance in a nasty way.

Oh god. Both outsiders and victims of vicious insults, speculation and endless criticism and so much coming from women. For as long as they've been in the public eye the Princess and her family sneered at for being middle class and in employment/business, the Duchess for being foreign and mixed race and a businesswoman (which is what actors are). Not One Of Us. It's mental.

Both have created families with men they love, the Princess is a cancer survivor.

Both are doing exactly the same thing we are - ageing.

She absolutely is underweight. Plus she is tall, so she should be heavier but the pressure on her is tremendous. And you're likely only seeing her on tv, which means she is even thinner in real life. But again, it goes back to the old adage of, a queen consort in waiting can not possibly be heavier - dear God no, the shame of it all.

Haven't read the whole thread but hope this applies to Meghan too. The hatred for her is simply not on. All she has done is rescue the man she loves from the confines of a hideous institution. But going back to topic, she is also very thin, although I suspect healthier because we know a bit about her diet. Kate could be very healthy but I don't know much about her diet or exercise routine.
