Is Kate Middleton wearing a blonde WIG?

Saw pictures today of Catherine, The Princess of Wales at the Natural History Museum.

I’m glad to see her back to work and looking happy. I’m also stunned by how different her hair looks. I always admired her amazing brown hair, so the blonde is quite the shock. Maybe it’s the wind and the rain creating the effect, but it almost looks like she is wearing a wig?

Just to clarify, I understand she went through cancer treatment and that can affect the hair in many ways. If she is wearing a wig, I really really don’t see a problem with it. If anything, it would be such a boon to cancer patients and people with alopecia etc who do wear wigs frequently. They could see that even wearing a wig you could look as fabulous as Kate.

Either way what is your verdict, wig or her own hair? Does the blonde suit her or do you prefer her as a brunette?

For the Vote:
You are being unreasonable, Kate's hair is all her own.
You are NOT being unreasonable, it's defiantly a wig.

Also as a side note I love her outfit.

Good Heir Day! Kate returns to duties with blonde post-holiday hair

The Princess of Wales joined her husband Prince William to visit the Natural History Museum in London today as they returned to duties after their summer break.

But the point is, a Queen or princess waiting to be consort would NEVER be chosen by an heir if they were morbidly obese. It just wouldn't happen.

Okay, she was 'only' married to the spare. But I'm old enough to remember the appallingly cruel insults thrown at Sarah Ferguson. Whatever you might think of some of her behaviour, nobody deserves the insults flung at her for the crime of being less than slim.

Yes it's awful. I'm ready the Entitled book at the minute and Fergie wasn't even fat! Terrible to have been called such awful names.

Bloody sick of this body shaming thing. It woudl be nice to see a woman of regular womanly proportions. That's it.

Like the Duchess of Edinburgh?

It’s really not acceptable, not to me anyway, to say that a thin woman is ‘not of regular womanly proportions’. You think it’s somehow ok because you’re siding with the ‘normal’ women? Can you not see what’s wrong with that?

I’m also sick of body shaming, so I think I, and many others will ask you to pack it in,

The only acceptable comments about any woman’s body are none at all !
and to make it easier.. when you are typing your comments replace “too thin “ with “ too fat” , if you find that makes you uncomfortable then you should know better.

Wow, do you post similar about fat women, or is it just slim women who upset you?

Delphigirl · 09/09/2025 18:34

No. But people in the public eye don’t die from being too fat. If you don’t care about her visible and obvious current state then you don’t care about the woman at all.

Why would you even post that? You didn't know her medical history.

What? Being too fat is the biggest killer our society faces, it’s the leading cause of cancer. Number 1. And then we have heart attack, stroke, diabetes, obesity is fatal. As can anorexia be, but she is clearly not at that stage.

take issue all you wish with slim women, but own it and keep it real.

She is beautiful but she is far too thin. Rumour has it she has a laxative addiction. I wonder what would happen if Prince William had fallen for a really fat woman? There goes my mad Royal thoughts again 😋

She’s not ‘far too thin’. She looks healthy and toned to me.

Her role is to look nice at events and in photographs. Being thin lends itself to this and I’m sure it’s a priority for her.

load of ghoulish gaslighters.
I hope she gets the help she needs

Ghoulish gaslighter yourself - Catherine looks like a slim, toned and fit woman in her 40s to me.

The only ghoul here is you, and your revolting post has rightly been deleted.

Two year old photo, much?

Oh, and they do. Alex Salmond (in his 60s), James Gandolfini (50s), John Candy (40s) and Chris Farley (30s) all died of heart attacks. Rosie O’Donnell survived a heart attack.

A photo taken in the summer before she had to have major abdominal surgery followed by a cancer diagnosis and then chemotherapy. If you don’t think that may have had an impact on her body, then you are an absolute idiot.

What? Something serious like being diagnosed with and then recovering from cancer?? 🙄

You’re being very transparent and we can all see through it!

Saying someone has a laxative addiction is really bad, though, can't you see that?
That's what you claimed about Kate.

Not me

No, @YourBrickTiger was the poster I quoted. She/he said that.
I know it wasn't you.
