Double standards, because however hard a person works, or doesn't, the system means that they are still entitled to the same amount of leave! I can't actually remember how much leave I get, but I'm also a public servant and I work hard for my money, working into the evenings and going over and above, but I don't get any more leave than the actual waste of space colleagues who do bugger all!!! I'm sure @BemusedAmerican understands where I am coming from, because she is a rational, intelligent lady and she absolutely deserves all the leave she can get. I very much respect her as a poster and she's clearly a good person all round. However, your work ethic does not determine the amount of time you get off work unfortunately!

The violent clients are a disgrace. I get a lot of dick clients some of whom can be verbally aggressive but not physically violent so far!
