So Harry flew for 11 hours and then spoke to his father for 45 minutes ? Charles then bobbed to Sandringham by helicopter and Harry checked into a hotel. I mean wouldn't you think Harry would have gone to Sandringham with Charles maybe ?

I think Harry getting on a plane within hours was quite dramatic and Charles is trying to play it down. I couldn't help but think he should have asked his dad when suited for him to travel, and been slightly less hasty.

It just seems this unseemly rush over, making it all about Harry was totally unnecessary and he’s just gagging to get his feet back under the table.

how can they trust him, know he isn’t flying over so it looks like he’s in with them and help his brand or to get the dirt so they can speak about it in their next interview. Or Harry pretend, like he did the queen that he was there to make sure Charles had the right people round him

He received the consequences of his actions. He wrote a tell all book about his notoriously private family and made some quite nasty accusations about William and Camilla. And was not particularly pleasant about his father either.

Why would they want to see him? People should be allowed to have boundaries.

I agree, prob they told him it was fine. But harry being harry did what suited him. And now loads of folks thought Charles was at deaths door and Harry was making a mercy dash. The short meeting shows that was far from the case. There was absolutely no need for Harry to come over.

I mean I don't know how ill the King Is but surely it would have been sensible to maybe video call his dad in private all this speeding/dashing/dropping everything to fly over is a bit dramatic!

Charles may have asked Harry to come. None of us know if that's the case.

Clearly that wasn’t the case, or Charles would have hung around , you know and actually spent time with him .

Good for Harry- he did absolutely the right thing. William needs to build a bridge - how can he be King if he can't be the bigger person in this scenario . Harry has suffered the same trauma as his brother and been hung out to dry by a step mother drip feeding the media . The only way through this is to come together.
