I agree that an investigation is normal procedure. But why do you think could BP not conduct an investigation when the uproar arose?

BP could have released a statement saying “we are concerned about these allegations and will be conducting an investigation”.

Instead Lady Susan Hussey resigned, which implied guilt.

And do you really think BP were capable of conducting a fair trial when Lady Susan Hussey is the next in line’s godmother? In fair trials there isn’t usually conflicts of interest.

I’m not defending hussey, but rather her right to have told her dude before she was hung out to dry, quite possibly she was racist, but how will anyone ever know? She was ‘found’ guilty before she was ever asked for her ride of the story. Assumed to be guilty.

Racism is one thing and ‘guilty until proven otherwise’ is another.

Twitter guy casts doubt on a domestic abuse charity because at one point there’s footage of women twerking. He doesn’t seem like a misogynist at all… There may be valid reasons to investigate the charity but 1) I hope he is kept far away from any investigation and 2) any investigation is irrelevant to the racism discussion.

There's a lot of people from both sides infantilising NF. As an adult, who established a charity, she chose to attend BP on both occasions. Criticising her for attending or implying she couldn't say no to the public apology photo is patronising and racist.
It's a shame MN can't block by IP like Insta can. Then the racists on both sides could troll somewhere else.

I think the lowest point in the thread is where he accuses a domestic violence charity of being responsible for the high rates of domestic violence in the area. Because black women are obviously responsible for domestic violence, not men.

Here are the direct links to the twitter pages. The guy is pretty much just rambling as he looks into their documents and grants. It is his own opinion and nothing official but he is passing it on to be properly investigated as he saw what to him looks like fraud, nepotism, and lots of sketchy actions. If all is above board, then it is just the ramblings of a random man. If the commission finds what he thinks he has found, then he has identified a business that should be shut down.
