The contestants have the opportunity to practice for the challenge at home. They aren't going in blind. Yui could have gone for a game bird , duck, quail, pigeon, partridge to name a few that would have lent itself esily to Asian spicing and cooking.She made a bad call.

Yes she would certainly have been better choosing duck or something like that. Still sorry to see her go.
