Reading a thread about what daft thing have you done this week. Saw Drink on there "marking place" and was itching, absofuckinglutely itching to pop up and say spaniels fingers.
Didn't think it would be appropriate, so instead wracked my brain trying to remember an instance to use, where I could cram the words in.

Instead I invented a whole story about how I cut my finger last night (true), dropped something (false) and slammed finger in drawer (false)..... all of which we're building up to my departure comment of...

(like butter fingers, but spaniels)

Ran out of time finished poo before could type. Then forgot.
