Thanks for the new thread - I might be listing more frequently , I’ve just purchased a post pass ! I decided to try the stripe culottes and the wide pull on denim crop I think - they should arrive today .
I was kicking myself for not trying the Japanese denim culottes recent sale . I asked what I assume is a bot on the Instagram page , they’ve had some returns so they are also on their way . Short people which I am, seem to like them !
If there’s something you missed out on it’s worth an ask !

Just watched the Live there and thought Jenny looked great in the new denim culottes. I so wished they worked for me ☹️

I just watched the live too and I wish she had shown the new black denim skirt. I have to watch the pennies but maybe i’ll get it later in the year!

@CandidCrow I’ve got the black denim skirt and I really like it. Looking forward to wearing it this autumn.

Wish I hadn’t just watched the live. I would now like the jumpsuit, dress, Baya shirt and pleat front jeans! I’ve never had a jumpsuit and don’t know if I could be bothered with the faff, but it looked great on the presenter. I really liked the Baya shirt with the cropped denim jeans, which I already have. I don’t think I will look as elegant though

I watched the live - Jenny didn’t have the same pyjama vibe with the Baya shirt as I did, I’m almost tempted to try it again. I was hoping to see the black denim skirt as well, is it a fixed waist @MsDastardley ?

@triggers34 - thank you so much! you reminded me to have one last attempt at seeing if the cotton linen sap green jacket had been returned in my size - and it had! I'm so relieved. @IlovePond maybe you could ask them if they have a return for one of the things you regret not finding?

I just watched the live and it was really well done. Some of them sound a bit forced but Jenny and the bloke whose name I didn't catch both seemed very natural - everything looked wonderful on her. Love the shape of the Hal jacket which I will buy when my current Toast denim jacket dies (probably never)

@Theteapotsbrokenspout yes it’s a fixed waist. It fastens with a button fastening on either side but they aren’t adjustable. It’s a-line so doesn’t have a split like most do. True to size and not too long. Mine is 30.5”

Thanks @MsDastardley unfortunately it doesn’t sound as if the denim skirt is for me, my waist seems to fluctuate almost daily. A shame because I really like the look of it.

I didn’t contribute much to the previous thread, I had plenty to say as I ordered loads of sale items, however I’ve had DS1’s wedding, 3 sets of visitors from overseas separately, and DS2’s graduation all in the space of a month and so barely kept up with the thread!

Almost everything I ordered went back bar the ink culotte jumpsuit. Still not 100% sure on that due to fat stomach however it’s now too late to send back.
Even the socks went back this time. I have too many anyway and the ones I ordered were very thin and I was pretty sure I’d see my toe through it within hours of wearing them!

Hi all, I wonder what everyone thinks of this - I was at one of the toast swap events yesterday in the kings road. There was a woman there who took lots of the clothes and is now selling them on the Facebook group. Is that quite cheeky or am I just bitter because she nabbed something which I would have liked to try (I left with nothing except another bit of yellow cardboard 😭). She’s selling it saying it’s too small for her. She’s selling a couple of recent blouses on there and I wonder if she went in to the exchange with the intention of doing that.
