The regulars on the thread mainly discuss luxury BAC and this dies down by September when everyone has purchased and forgotten the contents. Then it goes into discussion on what’s selling out, what hasn’t and what deals and discounts to be had on ACs in the lead up to December. Then in December we move onto AC opening threads!

Does it say what sizes the Korres are? They look like trial/mini but not completely clear

They mustn't be selling as good as last year. I didn't order straight away last year when you got the £20 gift voucher. I emailed and said will it be on again. Definitely not, was the reply. So I didn't buy it 🤣
Still not really enough to tempt me I don't think 🤔

The Cult Beauty 2025 box isn’t nice to look at. I think that will be putting people off, not being festive is one thing, but it probably isn’t what people want to see everyday in December. PP did say the box was sturdy and good quality though.

I think that Space NK and Sephora are both better than Cult Beauty, and those are its main competitors. I don’t think it will sell out until Space NK does. Cult Beauty used to be the favourite, but compared to the competition, it hasn’t been very good for the past 2-3 years imo.

I've bought the Harrods fragrance, Harrods beauty and then the SpaceNk where I've sold off half of it and filled it with items I've bought from other calendars on vinted. I'm planning on buying the HN fragrance when it's released and selling off some of the fragrances. If elle or eve lom go on sale then I'll try to pick up one of them. I've been selling off clothes, bags and shoes on vinted, so if I make enough, I might purchase the PDM 😍

I think there could be reductions this year?

For someone who was meant to be doing a DIY advent and just planning on buying bits off Vinted, that all went astray and think I have bought more than last year.
I do sell on Vinted and Facebook groups so possibly not as bad as it looks and will be on waifs and strays with my DIY advent.

I'm hoping to pick up the Medik8 night cream on vinted from the JL then my Frankenstein calendar is complete 😍😁

The Medik8 and the Le Labo are the main items I want from it, I will decide on the rest once I have had a sort through of my ever growing stash.

Not sure who mentioned the Glossybox SPF spray expiry date, I just checked mine and it is 08/26…providing it is the Morphe and I haven’t got confused.

I’m very surprised that so many of them are still in stock. So much for the influencers saying that they would sell out last weekend

I bought Space NK. None of the others appealed to me at all, but I’ll kick myself now if they reduce the price

Yeah, I'm getting a bit antsy and wondering if I should just get the Medik8 night cream whilst it's on 20% off from SpaceNk as I also have £15 with them, so it brings it down to £33. But I did want to get the victoria beckham orchard eyeliner with that discount 😕 I don't really want to pay more than £35 for the cream. Do people know if many resellers buy the JL calendar?

I will use almost everything in Liberty and Space NK. Sold quite a bit of the Harrods fragrance and got my money back so not sure that one really counts! Glossybox I’m not impressed with, and might be looking to return (in which case I will buy something else!).

Tempted by John Lewis. Sephora has a few things I like, but also lots I don’t like, so might pick up a couple of things on eBay/vinted.

Yeah, after reallyree said that the Harrods one would sell out by the end of the weekend, I got my mum to order hers. I look like a right liar now 🤣 that was 2 weeks ago and it's still in stock! I wonder which one will be the first to sell out 🤔

That was me. Yours isn’t quite so bad, but mine expires on 03/26, so won’t even make it until spring!

Tbh, the beauty calendars are usually available well into October (which is why I was surprised when everyone was panicking over ordering Space NK in dedicated time slots 🤣)

Long gone are the days when CB used to sell out in a day!

Has to be SNK I think but maybe Harrods/Liberty are in with a chance. Outside possibility it will be CB if they keep doing offers. CB must have made a very small amount of the Ltd edition one for that to go quickly.

I try hard not to use links. I’m normally buying because I’ve researched something myself or it’s been recommended here- I’ve not been ‘influenced’ unless by you all !
