@Poplinskirt Feeling ridiculously excited about a Kindred gift , need to order something that fits thru’ letterbox as away for a while, socks maybe though I don’t need any ! Illogical I know!
@TosstTastic I just wish I had the restraint to order such an impressive set of clothes , never any problem putting things together 😻 beautifully.
Whereas being a saleoholic my wardrobe is far too eclectic to be flexible , so many pieces only pair with one thing, at least to my eye.

@OftenOrange I also don't have the budget or restraint for an immaculate capsule.
Toast though, is at the more long cycle of colours and tones so you stand a good chance of last year's skirt working with the knitwear from the year before.
I also enjoyed seeing a relatively diverse set of fabrics and colours rather than the dull white blouse, camel coat, black neutrals of old school fashion advice.

All the chat about the crinkle stuff , I pulled out my pinafore yesterday, I see it as autumn/spring/winter and was surprised how heavy it felt so put it away again . I haven’t washed yet but hope the shrinkage is width rather than length.

I ordered the little green bowl that had gone out of stock but popped up again at silly o’clock this morning. It’s preorder but was surprised to get a dispatch email for a kindred gift a little while ago. Exciting.

Hello everyone, just popping in to say hi! I was on the previous and many other threads under my old username. However, I deleted my MN account after a nasty experience on another subject thread -nothing to do with Toast!

Anyway, I have been lurking on here, and missing joining in Toastie talk, so thought I would come back.

I have succumbed to the lure of the Kindred gift and ordered yet more napkins! (I use them as hair ties and knotted together they make useful bandanas!)

Looking forward to finding out what the gift is - I was very impressed by last year’s socks and the basket from a few months ago!

I quite like the the look of the hand woven napkin rings so might be ordering a set while there is a kindred gift on offer. Has anyone seen them in real-life?

Thanks @Stoic123 ! I saw the handwoven napkin rings in store recently. I thought they were very pretty, but not sure how much variation there is between items due to being handwoven.

Hi, thanks @MiracleToast and @MrsRadichio - yes, my love for the Pond dress knows no bounds! (I almost bought it again this sale to have a spare!) I was also a fan of Geoffrey’s dibber, (for those of you who remember that hilarious Toast twig), and almost called myself that instead 😹

I am also very tempted by the long bandana but can’t decide between the colours and also know I would never be able to tie it as modelled by Nova on the website. I’d love to see a pic of it being worn in ‘real’ life. I am off to SM, (again), next week so if it’s in stock there, I may succumb to temptation.

Off to look at Reworn. I objected to it on principle when it first launched but have cracked and bought a linen dress since, (I think it was new stock). I really must stop buying things 🙀

I bought a Reworn dress today- the 'Arletty Smock Dress'. I can't remember it at all but have only been a proper Toast fan for the last 5 years (very occasional purchase before). Anyone seen it in real life/remember it?
