Just got a shock after putting something in my basket at John Lewis and getting to checkout to find they will no longer deliver to me - that’ll cure my shopping habit 😕

@Laska2Meryls - yes it was - half price! It's a bit darker in colour than it looks on the website. If there's any light today I'll take a pic.

@Countmeout - shit! How horrible! Where do you live? I thought they delivered everywhere!

@Laska2Meryls. They did deliver up until Brexit. Now we’re still in the UK but on the Irish side of the sea border. Royal Mail delivery as usual. Hermes still delivering. DPD have pulled out hopefully temporarily. No customs forms (yet) shit does not begin to describe it. I’ve ordered a sweatshirt from hush this morning too, went through fine but wonder now will I get a cancellation.
At least I don’t get customs charges like @parttimepunk
Lucky I’ve so much Toast stuff - I’ll survive until I get to the mainland for a weekend when all this other stuff is over !I think Toast are still delivering though - haven’t tested it yet.

Oh Count its awful isnt it? We are now stuck with charges and restrictions on orders from EU sites, and for what? .. its a total utter sh*tshow. ( But hey, blue passports !!) Sorry I wont go on here..
Faustina yours may be the ochre Mira? I saw JL were selling that half price.. grabbed one.. but id it's not, lucky you, the pear is a fab colour..

Picked up my tie neck cardigan from John Lewis this morning. The medium fits well, small would actually have been too tight. But I have no idea what to do with the tie neck. And I can’t find any photos online of it on a model. Has anyone got it/tried it? How do you style it? Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

Thanks for that @faustina. I wonder if Toast would email me the lookbook that had it in. Maybe I’ll ask. I do really like the cardigan and have spent a wee while this afternoon trying it on with some things, but still cannot work out how it looks best.

So this is the wool cashmere jumper in pear - I don't think it's a Mira because it would say on the label, wouldn't it? Ignore the terrible mess in the pic please!

Pear one just rolled edges by the looks of it...Its a fab colour .. nicer than the Mira ..

I have that jumper @faustina in a lovely bright orange from a year or so ago. I’d love it in another colour, I wear it all the time, but the pear didn’t work for me. I also have the Mira in ochre @Laska2Meryls, I like the shape of the Mira less but I absolutely love the ochre colour.

@ScottishMouse - orange sounds lovely, and yes ochre too. I was worried the pear would be too bright which wouldn't have worked for me, but it's less vivid in real life and I love it. the shape is nice too - it's loose but not swingy

@faustina The shape is soooo good isn’t it? I would love one in some neutral colours too - a flannel grey or a true dark navy.

Faustina what would be your JL or M&S cashmere jumper size? ...not that I am thinking of sending for it, full price oh no

The gold linen dress ( like Amethyst's olive one) arrived .. sadly not for y inverted triangle shape .. fine on top but really huge on the bottom, also the new white checked dhuggie, .. nice but a bit transparent..maybe one for the next sale I think..
Am also sending back the red linen square top and the linen striped tee from last week sale buys .. . definitely both too big ..
Slight but not much really considering hoe much I have spent in this sale!;( And JL Mira still to arrive!)
