The worst thing about reading the Trust Pilot reviews is the stock response from Toast about our customers’ views being hugely valuable to them. Well, if that’s the case respond to people as though they are people, not as though they are a problem to be fobbed off. This type of problem often arises after companies are sold to investors - their priority will be to make the most short term profit and will not care about longer term brand devaluation. Sad.

I agree.. I think we are witnessing what was a good company going down the pan .. they seemed to have held it all during last years dreadful trading time and now... ?

Fingers crossed I get my £165 refund and then I wont be ordering direct from them again ..

People often talk about these type of company based thread as being being 'plants' on S&B .....

Well we are not .. BUT TOAST!! if you ever do read this then PLEASE get you ruddy act together before you lose all your customers !!!!

Guess what....no email by 5pm as promised. Honestly, what in the world has happened? I have always had excellent customer service from Toast. I’ll bet they are completely overwhelmed with complaints at the moment, but this has put me in such a bad mood today. I have abandoned shopping with other companies for far less.

I think that what we should do is review everything we have recently bought with bad reviews complaining about their customer service..
However I did a bad review ( my first ever) on the Elena shirt and noticed that they publish them 5stars first and not in date order.. so mine and a few other bad reviews are right at the end where less likely to be see ..even though they are the most recent!

... Actually, I take that back...it is now on the top of the reviews...and Toast have replied with ' our customers are mist important to us , please contact us etc'.

Yes! That's why I thought that we should also start complaining via reviews .. they responded to my bad review in a few hours.. But not to the email

I tried once @Laska2Meryls, but was put in hold and I was trying to juggle too many things to stay on hold for long.
I do like your idea bout complaining through reviews though. I think I will do just that. When you say they responded to your bad review, do you mean they emailed/called you, or just replied to the review with the message above?
