I don’t mind going actually, I enjoyed it last time, but it was a bit Hush heavy - I’d said I wanted to see different brands but it didn’t really translate - mainly because I suspect Glasgow wasn’t carrying a lot of the brands I wanted to see, so I’m hoping Trafford centre is bigger. I love JL in both Newcastle and Leeds, but neither had slots.

Hurrah for the code!
I have my package. The Tala dress is lovely, great fabric, but huge and very gappy under the arms. Not brilliant to have to wait so long - I’ve ordered a smaller one and I hope they have their act together on the delivery front now they’ve changed systems. It’s not available in the olive at JL or I’d have bought from there.

Top and trousers arrived today. The top is really lovely and sits well, the collar fortunately is not flappy and annoying. I sized down as usual and it was fine.

I go back to - the photos on the website are rubbish and don't show the full potential of the clothes and how they could be styled. Also the models look haughty and upset!

Has anyone had a return of something bought from the new website processed yet? I sent mine back almost two weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. I used to be surprised at how quick refunds would be processed, so this is very slow in comparison. Also placed another order last week and have heard nothing. Not great.

ScottishMouse I'm also waiting for refund ( for an item I had cancelled but it turned up anyway) - more than a week now. Also placed an order last week and no despatch note yet. Such pity that the delivery/refund process seems to have slowed down so much under the new regime.

I got on the chat this morning and asked about my return, but they couldn’t give me any info and said they would have to get back to me by email. Nothing so far. According to Royal Mail, it was received back on the 3rd. I would understand if the delays were Covid related, but deliveries and returns were still really quick all year.

I ordered something yesterday (a belt) and had the despatch email today - sorry to hear everything's been so delayed. Hope it all gets sorted out. I wonder if they have Covid related issues on top of website issues?

They were delivering much better through the worst of the pandemic. Items were coming to me in around 3 days after order placed. I actually haven't ordered directly from Toast. Only JL. It really puts me off.

My order that they have yet to dispatch has multiple sizes in it (because...Toast sizing!), so I know at least half will be returned, and if it is going to take weeks to get a refund, then I can’t be out of pocket for that long.

Absolutely. I really am not prepared to wait for weeks for a refund. Its just not good enough especially as it is this new system that has mucked things up. It is a pity as there are some nice things on the website that aren't on JLewis but at least it saves me money!

I’ve just had another online chat this morning, and they still can’t tell me anything about my return except to say they are currently processing those that arrived back to them on the 6th/7th. So 3 or 4 days after mine.
They said that their systems update has caused unforeseen issues with dispatch and returns times. Yep, we had noticed. No idea when it will be sorted though.
And still no dispatch for an order I placed last week.
I am quite irritated. I know, first world problems and all that, but it is the having my money for weeks and seeing no orders or refunds in that time that annoys me.
