Anyone want to loose 7lbs with me?

Just wondering, if anyone wants to join me and loose 7lbs (give or take a few pounds depending on circumstances). Have put that on in the summer, cut back on alcohol and snacking in the evening since but hasn't helped, so need some inspiration without starving myself to death and treats going totally out of the window!

I'm not overweight, but jeans feel a bit tight and extra flab is hanging out so just want to get it back to "normal".

Just wondered how everyone who posted on this thread got on over Christmas. I know I eat more sweet stuff and had more alcohol, but managed to keep portion sizes down. After loosing weight, I can still get in my jeans but feel like I've put on weight. Weighed myself this morning and scales say I've only put on 1lb, but suspect there's still rubbish in my system waiting to add on!

Hoping to get back to concentrating on normal food (although have a stash of chocolate, biscuits and alcohol we were given as presents) and need to do more exercise.

Hope everyone had a restful Christmas and New Year.

I put on a pound the week of Christmas but I’ve lost it again so back to being 11 stone. Only did one fast day over the holiday. I started the shred on New years day and have done it everyday since then. Today I bought myself a fitbit flex to track movement etc.

My plan is to try and alternate between shredding and fasting on week days then shred once or twice over the weekend... I think that this is a pretty optimistic goal and I will probably manage my weekday goals but not the weekend one Grin

ifonly and Kate, well done. Weighed myself this morning and have put on 2lbs. Doesn't help someone made my DH a cake for helping them and he needs my help eating it! I need to get back on track as well, have had cake but will watch what I'm eating for the rest of the day.
