Evening all!
I've struggled today, have made a couple of silly choices so ended up at 645 calories. Still, it's better than if I hadn't been trying to fast! I've done lots of exercise today too, so mustn't get too despondent. It's really helping me that I know I'll have to declare my misdemeanours on here 
Onlyhere, I take my hat off to anyone who can continue to produce lovely bakery products whilst on a diet - I don't blame you for stopping!
ifonly, I'd also struggle with free food. When I'm back in school next week, the real test will be when faced with a staffroom full of biscuits and sweeties.

Madmog, sounds like you're doing really well too - sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks to start showing a difference in inches or weight, but once you get that first loss you'll be spurred on the stick to your plan.
Kate, that's a great fast day! Very well done. I used to think I had more willpower on fast days, but going on this week's fast I'm not so sure! I'll try a cup-a-soup and ready meal combo next week, I think.
