Not Vicks.
Put some a big blob of magnesium sulphate paste on it, cover with some kind of water tight dressing if you can - it gets more runny with body heat, leave it an hour and it should bring it to the surface for stabbing.

How big is it? If it’s massive I would not stab it.

I'd put a massive blob of Savlon and cover it after a hit compress, that will do it, looks like it's about yo go any minute!

That looks like an ingrown hair, I'm assuming on the bikini area? You need to pop it like a spot then with a pair of tweezers gently pull the hair out. It will probably bleed a fair bit but keep going until the swelling goes down. Dab it until the bleeding stops then put some sudo on it xx

You may need antibiotics.

Hope you get it sorted OP. I woukd advise magnesium sulphate as PP suggested. You'll be able to get ot from your local late night pharmacy, as well as some advice if required.

Disclaimer that I have HS so I deal with these myself would stick a needle in it
I would give it a very gentle squeeze/pull it apart rather than push together. I think you'll find that'll burst within a day
Also make sure you're away from carpet or fabric because from experience that looks full of blood and is likely to shoot several feet

I'd put a hot compress on it, hot as you can stand but obviously be careful not to burn yourself. Hot bath will have the same effect. That might be enough to burst it.

The whole thing is a 'head'- it's translucent! Get yourself in a hot bath and put a sterilised needle through from one side to the other. Then soak with a dettol soaked cotton wool ball.
