I have a pending payment for tomorrow scan date was the 16/6 I’m really surprised how quick. Haven’t received a letter yet

Not so much of an update for anyone going through the tribunal process but the DWP were mandated to respond to my child’s appeal by today. This was the final warning on a directions notice. They haven’t responded…. Of course. So it looks like the appeal will now be listed to proceed without the DWP input or evidence. They will just go off what I have uploaded and what I say at the face to face hearing.
