Hello all. I started my MR yesterday and I've gathered more evidence from the school to back up my sons sensory processing disorder and SMI. Now just a waiting game. So I'll be here for a long while yet lol

Also. If I started MR yesterday is that my SD?

MR 01.04 still waiting phoned yesterday and not with anyone and told me can't give timeframe x

Anyone know what they ask when they ring regarding your MR I've just missed a called

I rang them this morning and complained about the wait times. A team leader called me back and just said the usual ‘it’s done in date order’ which we know it’s not. But that also because my daughter is already in receipt of DLA, they work through new claims first.

I called two weeks ago to check they recieved additional info and she said over 30 week wait

Still no update for me 🙄 she said it hasn’t been looked at yet and they can’t tell us wait times.

Did you call to see if yours was with a dm in the end? Mines still not been looked at yet.

I was going to call again this week, but I think I'll just wait, it is stressing me out when you call and get told different things

MR 21/03. Rang yesterday, a decision was made Sunday and she told me he’s gone from MRC to HRC and we had asked them to look at HRM which they said he doesn’t meet. He’s 5 in January, so hasn’t been able to get low rate yet either, but does anyone know if I can lodge an appeal (as I do feel like he meets the criteria, I’m awaiting the letter with the reasons why) and then also do a COC when he turns 5?

I’m only calling once a week now, it puts me off they won’t tell us anything until a decision has been made, like we haven’t waited long enough to be told the truth! I have a feeling they have gone on to May because someone’s claim is already with a dm. It will be interesting to see if they get a decision at 21 weeks like the end of March did. Was you applying for HRM? I wonder if that is what’s taking longer?
