I have been on and off SW for a couple of years now. But my weight has creeped up and I'm now 13 stone 10 and officially obese Shock I am so annoyed with myself, and feel so low.

Anyway I have a holiday and a wedding at the start of July so want to get serious this time. Ultimately I want to lose 3.5 stone overall, but feel that 2 stone would be manageable - it would be 2 pounds a week until July.

Anybody fancying joining me? Please!! I need all the help I can get!

I joined saw but not much luck so far! I hate being this size my stomach wobbles! I need to loose 2 stone really but would be happy with1. I seem to stay 11 stone 1 no matter what I do. I think since I've been on citrolopram my weight went up. I also feel I need to do some more excercise just taking the dogs for a walk isn't enough! I thought sw would be good as your not hungry! Anyone else struggled with it?

It would seem like I've lost 6lb since leaving hospital 4 weeks ago GrinGrinIt's the first time I've weighed myself and I'm hoping the scales are accurate! If so, gone from 10st 6lb to 10st. Goal weight is around 8st 10lb. I'm only 5 foot so any excess weight really shows on me and I'm looking really porky at the moment.

Thatslife I rejoined 9 weeks and I've only lost 5 1/2 pounds!! It should be much more, but I know I'm not fully on the plan. Are you eating enough speed foods with your meals? I'm not!! And I'm also not counting all my syns up which means I end up with loads through the day. That one little bit of chocolate does seemingly count!!

I'm going to be back on it completely from now. I've had bacon (no fat), poached eggs and beans for breakfast so now I'm really full. I'm just heading to Lidls for some more fruit and veg. Did anyone get the new SW magazine yet? Loads of nice recipes in it.

I joined this morning. 14 stone 8lb. Horrible. Am mortified. So am on it now big time. No messing. Have nothing really coming up that I can't work around, so I really have no excuses.

Am I right in thinking I should be doing extra easy for the first week? The leader was a bit vague about it.

It was quite a long meeting. Didn't realise that she would speak to every single member! But, I shall go and stay each week. Let's face it, I've got to do something to get this weight gone....

Me! I've been going since October last year and have lost 18lbs so far. But now I'm faffing about, need to get serious about it! I'd be happy with a stone before first week in August! Smile

So far today I've had poached egg on toast and a banana, as I'm off for half term I bought ingredients to make crust less quiche a veggie one with asparagus, broccoli, onion and cheese (hex a) and a ham and mushroom one. Had a few slices with rocket salad for my lunch and was impressed!

Tonight's dinner is salmon fillets with sweet potato wedges, sweet corn and peas.

Oh and we've just booked a holiday to Mexico for this August Confused so need to get serious!!

Coffee I'll have to try the crust less quiche, sounds right up my street! I'll have a look on the website for that recipe.

I had hot smoked salmon salad for lunch. I decided to put chillis in the salad - big mistake!! Far too hot for me and then I couldn't taste the salmon. And I made Tikka Chicken skewers (recipe from new magazine) with salad and rice for dinner. My one year old loved the Tikka Chicken!! Unfortunately the older 2 turned their nose up at it though.

But I have ended up eating about 4 Hi Fi bars, so the first 2 were HE B and the other 2 for were greed synned.

Hope everyone else is having a good day!

Ah yes, that's what I mean! It looks like you do it for a week and have an extra hex B. I'll give it a proper read this evening.

I'll be on this thread a lot looking for ideas and tips. Had a delicious dinner of roasted veg, new potatoes and grilled fish.

I weighed in tonight and put 1/2 a lb on. It could have been worse to be fair as I inhaled a box of maltesers a couple of nights ago. Back on it this week!

Holiday on the 10th of July! 2 stone off sounds doable. I'm not with SW as I feel that form of diet control doesn't fit well with my work schedule at all. I'll keep updating my progress, even if it's for a none SW approach results.

Lost Chicken tikka skewers sound nice I'll have to look them up.

It'll be a lot easier for me this/next week as its half term but may struggle when I go back to work to be super organised, especially when it comes to lunches!

Cold lunch box ideas anyone ?? Smile

Coffee I always struggle with lunches at work, a sandwich would be so much easier! I take cous cous salad with chicken or steak through it.

I have had an ok day - beans and eggs for breakfast, green risotto for lunch (basically all green veg in it!) and SW Shepherds Pie for dinner. But I did eat 3 Hi Fi bars and a tube of smarties!! I was really shocked that the Snarties were 9 syns!!

Hope everyone is having a good day!

How is everyone doing today?

I have been good!! Bacon and mushrooms for breakfast, Subway salad for lunch and a pretty lazy dinner of Smash, peas and courgettes with some Bisto cheese sauce! I could not be bothered cooking after being out all day.

I have had one HiFi bar plus the Bisto which will be sinned.

I'm off out on a girlie day tomorrow - spa and then dinner. I plan to be very good with lunch and dinner as I will definitely be having Prosecco!! I've never been on a spa day before so really looking forwArd to it!

I have just bought some sw chicken sausages from Iceland to have for my tea, FYI they were £1 in my local Iceland so I thought I would try them, has anyone tried any other of the sw range from Iceland ?

Thanks coffee, it's going to be great especially the part where I leave dh and dcs at home Wink

Whatstheplan I've tried a few things from SW food range. I wasn't keen on the sausages but the ready made curries aren't bad. The soup was pretty tasteless!

I joined online last week and have already been cooking the delicious recipes! Can't believe I can eat so much and still lose weight?! Sounds too good to be true. I've never done it before.
I'm 5ft 5 and 12st and want to shift around 16-18lb. That will make me a comfy size 12 bottom and 10 top. My youngest is almost two and its time to shift the weight now...

Welcome oly!!

My spa day was great, but I may have drank a bit too much Prosecco Blushso I was a bit ill last night. And so far I've drank a whole bottle of Irn Bru full sugar so I'm not off to a great start!
