Yesterday while the site was down I had a pop up (I have adblocker and never get pop ups) which was red writing in a box with my town and something about getting a free mobile phone. I closed it and shut down, cleared my history and re-opened. Do I need to do anything else? I'm on a chromebook and as far as I know don't need to run virus software as they don't get viruses. I was looking into getting a VPN too - anyone advise or explain?

I only checked twitter for the #distractinglysexy. Wouldn't give Jeff/Simon/Donald the satisfaction.

Simon is Jeffrey's mate- if indeed they have mates. The twit(tterer)s said on twitter that they had two dadsec twitter accounts as there is more than one of them.
Simon is considered the less angry and more eloquent one, interested in anime. Jeffrey is the nerdy computer hacker who uses text speak. Just two dudes tryin to make it in this crazy anti-men world where women oppress them by not doing what they want them to. Terrorising small children on behalf of men dads.

On an earlier thread someone linked the 8chan thread with the hackers discussing what they were doing- one of them linked to 'his' FB page which was someone called Simon. Very unlikely it's actually him.

Hi everyone.
Can I just publically thank MNHQ. They have been amazing support to me over this whole debarcle. Don't want to say too much but will say had to de reg as discovered my details were published at a very difficult timing for me. MNHQ were quick and replied quickly.
Finally had a chance to set up a remote email etc and re register.
And I can get back in my Sn board haven - the place that saves my sanity!

I've missed everything that's happened since last Tuesday. But I'm pretty sure MNHQ need .
