This is moving too fast!

I just tried to post on the old thread but couldn't... Here's my input:

There are some separate issues here, DBF was banned because she didn't heed the warnings she was given, that is fair is it not? I'm confused as to how anyone has a problem with that.
To those of you saying that there will be dogs not getting the help they need now that she is gone then maybe that's something DBF should have thought of before she continued to be so full on. (especially as she was aware what the outcome would be)

TLES is different issue altogether and it just happened to be her thread that MNHQ saw to be the last straw, it's not her fault that DBF was banned.

The doghouse topic really was getting a bit upsetting let's face it.

I don't go in feminism usually but going by some of the comments here then that really has to be fixed :(

the dog house topic really was the pits - its like the den of PMT for women who just want to fight. its like manchester town centre on a saturday night - all ripped fishnets and no knickers

Ladies !

STOP

Or it will be the naughty step for you.

Now say sorry and be nice.

ChippingInNeedsSleep · 08/11/2011 01:01

GalaxyWeaver - I have been around plenty long enough thank you. I know the history with AF's name. Don't imply there's some chummy shummy reason why Justine's dig was acceptable because there isn't. That was far worse a personal attack that anything DBF said to TLES & uncalled for. It may have been intended as a light hearted joke, but if it was, it was bad timed and ill judged.

I didn't get to reply to your post on the first thread because it reached its limit - but until you have rescued and rehomed as many animals as DBF has then I don't think you have any right to say how you would respond.

LucyStone · 08/11/2011 01:01

She started it...

MildlyNarkyPuffin · 08/11/2011 01:01

Which bits of Manchester do you hang out in? Hmm

LucyStone · 08/11/2011 01:03

sorry, mum. :(

KouklaMoo · 08/11/2011 01:04

I think a read of the DH topic is a shock at first - until you realise the enormity of the subject that DBF and others are posting about.

When I adopted my dog from Many Tears our home-checker told us there were 8 (yes 8) puppy farms in the local area and it was where the vast majority of local people buying puppies would be getting them. I don't think that all these people are buying these puppies in the full knowledge of the suffering of the parents of their adorable little puppy. It is not known - it is smokescreened behind 'genuine reason for sale' ads. And it needs saying.

Bring back DBF.

ItsonlymeMrsDB · 08/11/2011 01:05
