i have namechanged for rather obvious reasons.

ok. i want to try anal sex. its something i have been curious about for years but never quite been confident enough to try it.
Im now with someone i trust completly and really want to try it.

i know the whole, make sure your turned on, relax and use lube. but what other hints and tips should i use?

what is the bets position to be in. doggy? misionary? something else?

and most importantly. is there some way in which i could prepare? by that i mean....(this will be way TMI) but i really dont fancy the idea of him coming out with poo on the end

i am cringing like you would not believe .

I've found my favourite position for it is on my back with legs over his shoulders. I dont tend to do it if I've recently had a poo as there's more likely to be er...traces on it!

Positions (having read the OP again properly ...

Any that you feel comfortable in but don't go for anything that would result in deep penetration if it was vaginal sex at first, until you are happy with the sensation and used to it, then go for positions that go deeper. This will stop things being painful. So i would say missionary first..or, from behing in the 'spoons' position, this is apparently the best to start.

Agree with most advice here.

Wanted to add that as well as lots of lube, perhaps get him to try fingers first. One, then two, then see if you can go all the way, IYKWIM

You have to trust him to listen to you and take it at your pace, cos the one thing that is going to make it unpleasant for you is if you tense up!

Its certainly not that he's pressurising me. the idea of it turns me on like nothing else, i have tried alone with a very small toy before but it just felt odd.
It is definitly me that wants to try it...i just want to make sure my first expereince is a good one iyswim.
