Ehh, what do you mean ‘not designed for penetration’? Is there a manual that comes with the human body outlining what each bit has been ‘designed for’? The anus is indeed the place from where digestive waste is expelled, but it can also be penetrated. It can easily be penetrated in fact. It’s not like people need to take a scalpel to it to penetrate it. Body parts can have more than one function, some of which are essential and automatic, others of which are voluntary.

Well, my point is, as mentioned above, body parts can have multiple functions. They have some necessary vital functions, but that doesn’t mean that’s their only function and using them for anything else is weird/wrong/unnatural/yuck/disgusting/insert pejorative term of choice.
And if the anus/rectum wasn’t ‘designed’ for penetration, it’s a huge design flaw to make penetration so pleasurable!
