You are an incredibly strong woman and a wonderful mother. I hope today is as easy as possible for you, recognising that even that will be hard, and tomorrow you can relax with your son.

I read most of your other thread but didn't see the updates. Wow! What a piece of work!
Stay strong and I think the advice to make DS a life where you are now (school, clubs etc) is a good one.

Good luck OP, I've been there. In family court, as we were both unrepresented, my ex was allowed to cross-examine me regarding my domestic abuse allegations against him. Totally legal! The mind boggles.

Yes your solicitor will do all the talking unless you are called as a witness. You will not need to say anything or talk to him she will do that

@Fedupofitnow123 another one here who has read your previous posts and thinks you are one strong, awesome and amazing woman and mum.

Tip I was told for stressful situations like yours - breath as deep as you can then as you breath out imagine all the stress going out through your nose. Its really hard but might help. Good Luck x
