OP, all cases are listed to start at 10am. You might be there all day. My solicitor (when I had legal aid), would turn up 10 minutes before and I had never spoken to them previously.

OP, I'm in Court almost daily, Family and Criminal and it is rare that they run on time. You will be ok.

You have a lot in your favour today and ultimately you know you're doing what is best for you and your babies (congratulations on Bubba 2), please ensure you have a conference with your Solicitor and get all the information you need from him/her.

You are not a bystander in these proceedings, you are a real person that has a real life. It is also important that you get given a grounded understanding of next steps. Don't be fobbed off.

Your solicitor and the judge will handle any misbehaviour from your Ex. If possible avoid looking at him if it will bother you, just focus on the judge.
