Just as the title, I really do have no words to quite capture how I feel about this property.

However, I do admire that whoever currently owns it went full-in on following their own aesthetic.

Well, we're all different, because I love it.

DJSteves · 07/01/2026 13:49

I’d well stay there with a gang if it was an Airbnb

noidea69 · 07/01/2026 13:50

looks like it would be great for a weekend away with your mates.

FamBae · 07/01/2026 13:50

I love it, it's perfectly bonkers. I bet they are great fun to hang out with and love that they have just gone for what they love and not what other people expect.

Poodledoodley · 07/01/2026 13:51

Reminds me of a big brother show type house

Shefliesonherownwings · 07/01/2026 13:52

I actually quite like a fair amount of it, no the bathroom or office as such. You'd get a headache working in there for more than 10 minutes. But I do respect the bold brazen tackiness of it.

Sassylovesbooks · 07/01/2026 13:53

There are some parts that I like (probably doesn't say a lot for my taste! 🤣🤣) and other parts that are awful. It's very niche though isn't it, especially with the basketball court and is clearly bespoke. However, that doesn't always work when selling a property, sometimes a property can be too bespoke to appeal to lots of people.

Really looks like AI - terrifying

Dragonfly97 · 07/01/2026 13:54

Russian oligarch chic.

Gassylady · 07/01/2026 13:54

Love that the top of the rightmove page still says “see similar properties”!
Think it’s bonkers but brilliant. Certainly makes a change from a characterless grey box

MyGoals · 07/01/2026 13:55

Its not my taste at all. A lot of the stuff seems to be from those odd shops where everything is bedazzled and marble (I always wonder who keeps them in business) but I dont know, part of me thinks its brilliant and I can't explains why.

Would I want to live there? Not in a millions years (maybe with a million quid to renovate!) But I enjoyed the photos.

PigletInABlanketJohn · 07/01/2026 13:55

Not enough electrical sockets.

The boat is quite amusing.

I think the previous occupants broke their necks after slipping on the marble floors.

Lisavanderpumpsdog · 07/01/2026 12:00

Gopping. BUT, at least it's not entirely grey and I am quite taken with the Birdseye shot of the pool/hot tub. It's quite a good effect wit the resin.

Very interesting mix of decoration.

I like your use of gopping. I don't hear that word enough! 😁

ManyPigeons · 07/01/2026 13:57

It’s like if you took a lavish mansion… and then squashed it into a caravan plot. It would be a great holiday home.

Hallpast · 07/01/2026 14:00

It’s a traveller house. I know the area

Well, now you know. At least one of them

bollockyness · 07/01/2026 14:02

Makes me think of one of the party houses on The Sims!

If people enjoy their houses, that's absolutely fine. Why would you feel the need to be rude. Rather odd.

steppemum · 07/01/2026 14:03

It is actually a brilliant house. Because it is built and designed for the person who owned it, which is pretty cool. How many of us actually do that?

It reminds me of the woman on tiktok who paints every square millimeter of her house in bright patterns. Extraordinary!

It has loads of rooms for socialising and living life - pool, bar, gym, office, sauna. Then just as tiny space for bedrooms!

There isn't a single thing I like about it for me. (well, I'll take a giraffe or zebra if you insist) but it is quite cool to see someone decorate their house really for themselves

Namechangefordaughterevasion · 07/01/2026 14:03

My basketball and gym loving son is currently house hunting in Brentwood. If he wins the lottery this would be the dream.

Swissmeringue · 07/01/2026 14:03

The goat boat ☠️. I'm actually dead.

Is it ghastly? Yes

Am I a little bit in awe of how much they just decided to f*ck off whatever everyone else thinks and create their own dream? Also yes

oldphone · 07/01/2026 14:03

looks to me like a traveller property

popcornandpotatoes · 07/01/2026 14:03

The inside isn't that bad tbh, just a bit tacky. The pool is quite fun. The rest of the outside is the ugliest most depressing thing I have seen, looks like an industrial estate

Tabitha005 · 07/01/2026 14:04

I just really hope whoever conceived of this absolute monstrosity of a dwelling doesn’t buy a really nice house and inflict their (lack of) taste on it.

I can imagine people who think this is the height of interior chic buying a truly beautiful house and ripping out original features to make room for LED lighting and whatever other abominal shite they can’t help but cram into it.

This place looks like one of the horror-palaces that Celia Sawyer woman would create for her latest brain-dead ‘celebrity’ client.
