Just as the title, I really do have no words to quite capture how I feel about this property.

However, I do admire that whoever currently owns it went full-in on following their own aesthetic.

My bet is David Tonatiuh-Crol, MMA fighter, also likes bully breed dogs/macho breed dogs (I think one of those 'outbuildings' on the plan, the three in a row with the little squares of astroturf in front... is actually a kennel set up.)

He's not an interior designer. He is very BLING (deliberate capitals!)

Great fun! The people who live here designed it for themselves to live in which is how it should be and they should be applauded for that.

If they are interior designers you’d think they would sort out the building regs so they can list it as a 5 bed. Doesnt look good if you can’t do your own build without regulations.

Otherwise it looks like a good party house. You’d have a lot of fun inviting your mates over.

Parts of Brentwood are mega expensive, so this seems fairly reasonable I would say!

It's for lane swimming, I think. The water is pumped along it at swimming speed, so you are swimming against the flow of water.

Looks like a leisure centre from the outside. The inside is new build bland with the occasional injection of I've paid someone else to add some some wacky for interior design to make it look like it has personality. Lots of odd proportioned rooms. rooms.

It's an expensive area it will go. Remember location is everything.
