I'm ok, I'm feeling a bit emotional this weekend and into today, hormones I guess! And also a bit more sicky again, so that's not fun! I managed to motivate myself to go a walk this morning before the rain comes on but now I just want to nap and cry, I'm wfh today so gonna just have a quiet one, in the office on tue/thur and midwife on wed for bloods! How's you? X

Got all my blood results back today, everything normal, just have to wait 11 more days for my scan now 😅. I think the food aversions have settled a little bit as I can eat a greater range of food now and just managed some scrambled eggs in a wrap which would have repulsed me before. I feel fine in the mornings now, the nausea just seems confined to late afternoon and evening so hopefully everything will settle down in the next few weeks 🤞

@WhiteHorse92 good news! I had my bloods booked in for Wednesday but it's just been moved back a week, not massively worried about that... scan is next Friday! Countdown is on!!

Same here I couldn't stomach eggs a few weeks ago but I've had a few times this weekend and enjoyed! I'm still having massive issues eating in the evening some days I just feel so yuck by the nighttime I don't fancy anything for dinner and then I make it and struggle to eat it over the course of an hour or so 😂 it's not fun! My poor husband yesterday had me crying over the fact I didn't want my macaroni cos I wouldn't enjoy it

Anyone else having crazy emotions right now? I've just had a crazy crying few days!

I’m glad I came on the webpage because I was looking on the app and it wasn’t showing that I’d been notified or anything and couldn’t find the thread was getting annoyed, came on the website and it was there straight away! 😂 @tulipsunday @suz2285 @WhiteHorse92 I have no idea when my bloods will be, they was going to do some at my antenatal appointment that I had on the 14th but they found all my missing bloods and decided not to, suppose I will have them done after scan next week maybe? Providing scan goes well! I have my booking in appointment tomorrow afternoon finally! Felt a bit sicky earlier but not so bad now, think I do just need to keep snacking but don’t know what I fancy still 😂

I am so nervous for my scan next week, like everyone else is I know. I think I’m more nervous because it’s on my birthday and then if it isn’t good news, I’m going to remember it even more if that makes sense?

@Brokenpancreas94 they might do bloods at booking in they sometimes do, I asked my midwife today and she said the bloods at booking in are just the standard blood counts etc, and then they'll do the other bloods at the scan for the tests for chromosome stuff etc

I know, I'm nervous too! I'm sure all will be ok 🤞🤞

Great idea for a thread... Think my parter is sick of hearing my anxieties in this pregnancy!

I actually started a thread earlier today. It's my 4th pregnancy after 3 x MMC. 8 weeks today, which is the week all my miscarriages have happened so feeling super nervous this week!

My pregnancy symptoms have faded over the last week, which has got me concerned. But midwife and EPU don't seem concerned when I contacted them today.

Don't know if I'm just on high alert or if I should be concerned...

This first 12 weeks are so up and down when you've had previous MC

Yeah I remember them doing the other bloods after my 12 week scan in my first pregnancy!

@PunCana hi, my partner is the same in regards to my pregnancy anxieties just keeps telling me "it's going to be okay" but he doesn't know that!

Hopefully we will all be okay though!

@PunCana @Brokenpancreas94 another here who's partner just says everything will be fine! But he says that about everything in life 😂 it's definitely not the same for them! I don't think you ever fully relax after previous issues

I'm a bit crampy today... I know baby is growing so it's likely just that but everything is a worry!

@suz2285 I've been a bit more crampy today and feel the same! My other half is also a 'what will be will be' type guy, really level and calm. Cancels out my overthinking as best he can 😂

@moosey89 mine says he's only here to reset my brain every now and then so I don't go insane 😂 unfortunate that he does that by annoying the crap outta me but it does seem to work 🤷‍♀️😂

@suz2285 haha love it! Definitely need the balance 😂sometimes I get mad at him for being silly and childish, then I realise I am too serious and need more fun, and he helps me with that!

Hello all! I hope everyone is doing okay. I've not posted here for a while as everything has been quite busy. Made it to 8 weeks! Kinda don't believe it and starting to worry something else is wrong like no heartbeat and worrying about a missed miscarriage. So appreciate everyone else's anxieties!

@Brokenpancreas94 yeah my midwife did my blood test at my booking in appointment, same as first pregnancy. She gave me a blood form to have my screening bloods done straight after my 12 week scan but I believe they only do the screening bloods at 12 weeks if they can get the NT measurement on the scan.

Had a scam at 6 + 3 and all was good. There was a wee heartbeat. Then since then been on progesterone, so that's making me feel like this one could be the success. Fingers crossed!

Sorry to hear that. It's so tough, eh? Yes, I'm on progesterone pessaries this time. Had all the investigations done and couldnt come up with a reason why for the miscarriages? But here's hoping the progesterone helps. Seems to be pretty successful from what I've read on here.

Just catching up on posts. I had bloods done at booking in at 8 weeks and then my screening bloods at 10 weeks literally a 5minute appointment and then get results at 12 wk scan. Imagine different trusts do it differently though.

Yeah, it was. Felt anxiety-free until this last week with my fading symptoms trying not to read too much into it, but hard not to! Called midwife today who didn't seem fussed.

Think we're going to have a private scan next week at 9 weeks ...bit of reassurance. Especially since if all is well with this scan next week then this will be the furthest I've gotten in a pregnancy!
