Hope you're doing well, the thread moves so quickly so I've probably missed loads!

I'm 8 weeks now, still not many symptoms except proper tiredness in the afternoon. Never been very good at napping but finding I need it now!

Also had my booking appointment with the midwife today, it took just over an hour even though she was whizzing through it. But it was fine, just lots of questions about medical and family history, height and weight done, bloods taken and a urine sample. Been referred for the 12 week scan so just need to wait to hear back from the hospital about that, then next midwife appointment at 16 weeks.

Marking my spot here so I can find it easily next time! I had booking in today too but no weight or height taken. Don't they need this to make a growth chart later on? My first was a SGA baby so I want to be sure this one is within normal range and healthy. 8 weeks tomorrow.

@Vikki7 I thought it was just done for BMI, but to be fair I didn't ask. Maybe something to follow up on if you're unsure?

I'm also 8 weeks today☺️ and also had my first midwife appt today too! Was pleasantly surprised to be told by my midwife that she will be the same midwife I'll have throughout my whole pregnancy! I assumed it would be a different one every time so that's nice. Lots of questions asked but very generic just medical history etc and also had bloods and urine sample done. Had weight taken and horrified to see how much I've gained in just 8 weeks!!! So hard to eat healthy right now with bad morning sickness though.

Got a pack to take home with all the notes and also a few freebies like belly cream and prenatal vitamins which was nice!

How is everyone else feeling so far? I have awful morning sickness and extreme tiredness!

So far I feel mostly normal, but my appetite has increased a lot the few days. Been taking more naps than usual as well! I'm 5+3 so perhaps I'll get more symptoms later

Following! 5 plus 3 today, tired and hungry all the time! Not much else.

My scan today didn't go well. I should be 8+7 but only measuring 6 with no heartbeat. I have another scan next Wed at the EPU but she seemed quite confident it is most likely a mmc. I will update next week if by some miracle there is good news. If not then hopefully I get to join one of these groups again in the future. Good luck to everyone ❤️

Im 6+4 today and have been experiencing mild occasional nauseous, once I eat it seems to sort it out.
My sense of smell is still quite heightened, bloat is unreal and the tiredness!

My left side has been aching a little around like my pelvis, when I googled it came up with PGP?
Hoping it's just normal aches and pains though.

Still waiting on my booking in date but have got my details for badger notes which is something.
I've got my early scan coming up next weekend which I cannot wait for- extremely nervous but excited all in one.
