@Dueinjan23 that'll be me discussing names on the way to hospital! 😆 @Skl2021 it's weird I do want to get stuff but feel like it jinxes things? Even though I know that's nonsense..finally got my covid booster on sat after working myself up about it. Glad it's done now though..also the consultant mentioned getting sterilised with this c sec...not too sure how I feel about that 😬 x

Has anybody had weird little twinges/shooting that’s not really painful but just THERE in their vagina in first tri and everything was fine? I’m 8 weeks and it’s really bothering me as I have had 2 mc and one started with vaginal pain (it was much more severe though I’m sure). Had a scan at 6weeks and got one on Tuesday but Tuesday feels so far away when I’m so filled with anxiety about everything!

Hey 👋 not sure if u ladies still check this thread but just a little update from me. We had a beautiful baby girl last Friday. Born via elective c sec at 39 weeks. 7lb 5. She still has no name 🙈..trying to narrow it down now though 😆. Currently settling life as a family of 5 🥰. Hope u are all well xx

@barneymcgroo awww lovely! Time seems to be absolutely flying! Wish it would slow down! We started weaning a few weeks ago but it's very hit and miss 🫣 I want to do blw and offer finger foods but I'm so scared 🙈 x

Hi can I join this thread please? Found out yesterday I'm pregnant and feeling so anxious. We lost our baby actually a year ago this week. Yesterday was a year to the day I started to lose my baby and then yesterday I got my BFP. Feels surreal xx

Just checking in for support. Positive test on Monday, day period was due. I’ve had 3 losses in the past 12 months (all around 5/6 weeks). I do have a 4 year old.

I’m terrified it’ll happen again. How did people get through these first few weeks? I worry I have twinges, worry when I don’t, squeezing my boobs to see if they still swollen, tender etc etc

My 16 DPO and 14 DPO tests look similar and my minds spinning. I know nothing anyone can say will fix my situation and I keep telling myself “I’m pregnant today”

@MrsOnions0 hi I found out yesterday a year to the day I started losing my angel baby that I'm pregnant again. I'm so anxious and don't know how I'm gonna cope either. I hope you have a happy healthy pregnancy x

@My2boysaremyworld @MrsOnions0 welcome and congratulations on the positive tests! With regards to testing I became obsessed with the lines and if they were darker or lighter. I tortured myself. I finally stopped when I got my dye stealer but honestly it's not worth the stress. I wish I could say the anxiety got easier but it didn't for me. The best advise i could give is take a day at a time and make little milestones. Your right you are pregnant today and just try and focus on the positives. I hope you both have a healthy pregnancy 💓 x

@Skl2021 thank you. For me it's every time I go to the toilet I'm expecting to see blood when I wipe I hope that anxiety passes at some point xx

@My2boysaremyworld I still checked for blood right until the end. every time I went to the toilet 😬🫣 hopefully you can relax a bit the further u get on. 🤞
@MrsOnions0 yes keep as busy as u can and just get through a day at a time. I know alot of us on this thread booked private scans in between just to get us through if that's an option for you. X

@My2boysaremyworld I felt exactly the same, it's so hard to not be anxious. I would take my phone to the loo in the night so I could shine the torch to check after wiping (I struggled with insomnia so seemed preferable to turning the bathroom light on and totally waking up haha)

For me it did get better in a lot of ways about halfway through the pregnancy, though it didn't totally go away.

Just try to take each day as it comes and remind yourself that today you are pregnant, it did help me.

@Sassy144 thank you. The only symptom Iv got at the moment is the stretching cramping on and off xx
