Anyone else due January 2023?! Found out yesterday I'm pregnant with baby #2. If my dates are right, I'm 3+6, due 27th January! My daughters a Jan baby, but was due feb (she was 3 weeks early). May just must be a very fertile month for us! We fell pregnant last May too, but never met them😢.

Hey

I'm due 11th January 2023 with baby number #1. We had a loss earlier in the year so extremely anxious for this pregnancy.

Good Luck with your journey!

@TTC24 thank you, same to you.

Today I'm 6+3 days. I miscarried at 9 weeks in my last pregnancy but this one is different. I've had morning sickness for over a week now which I didn't have with the last so all promising signs.

How have you been?

X

@Laurzz I've been ok tbh. Not much to say, just more hot, boobs a bit sore and heavy and feeling sick when eating certain things. My main two are tiredness and bloating atm x

Hey! I'm due 2nd January with baby #1 also had a miscarriage last year at 6 weeks so feeling anxious but had lots of reassurance from Dr's and scans that everything is fine this time.

I'm exhausted with a bit of sickness and also bloated like a balloon, sounds like we're all on track!

Have you been telling people yet?

Hi! Also due Jan 23! Congrats ladies!

@Brightonbelle87 @Laurzz @TTC24 also had losses (2 in the past year) and I don’t have kids so quite anxious as well. I’m exactly 5w today. my past losses were at 6 and 7 weeks so hoping for the best.

@Brightonbelle87 how far are you? you mentioned you had scans? already? Was it a 6w one?

Really wishing you all a healthy pregnancy!!

TTC24 · 20/05/2022 18:37

@Brightonbelle87 congratulations! Sorry for your loss. Glad to hear everything is on track!! How are you feeling? We've been telling people close to us, a few friends, and both sides of immediate family (parents and siblings).

@Poppy9991 congratulations and I'm sorry for your losses! How are you feeling? I had a scan at 6weeks with my DD. Didn't see a lot other than the sac, yolk but also the heartbeat which is all I wanted!

Wishing healthy pregnancies on us all!!

thanks @TTC24 ! I think I’m going to go for a private scan at about 6w (I’ll be abroad on holiday then but I’m sure I can find a Dr who can do it!)…

@Brightonbelle87 I didn’t tell anyone yet… with my history I really prefer to wait. But everyone has a different approach and all of them are equally fine just do what you think is best for you!

@Poppy9991 yeah you definitely will! So jealous you're going on holiday! I also agree with what you said about telling people. Everyone has a different approach and every approach is ok! With my daughter, EPU scanned me at 5 weeks and made me panic so much, had a 2ww until 7 week scan I couldn't wait, I booked a 6w and she was perfectly fine. I announced DD at 5weeks, very early but with her being my first I couldn't contain myself!!

@TTC24 all sounding very positive🤞.

@Poppy9991 @Brightonbelle87 thank you, congratulations to you also.

We haven't told anyone yet and probably will wait until the 12 weeks but it's a personal choice. I've been wearing sea bands 24\7 but thankfully have managed to hide them. I've also been prescribed Cyclizine for the nausea.

I want an early scan but my partner wants to wait until the 12 week one.

In my 8th week now and had a scan 3 days ago, there's heartbeat and little stumps for the arms and legs! I had bleeding during week 6 and thought here we go again so went to have a check up and there was already a heartbeat. So 2 scans by 8 weeks!

I'm slowly getting confident that I am pregnant and the obgyn said every day that passes the chance of a miscarriage lessens xx

Very jealous of your holiday, anywhere sunny?? 😎

@Brightonbelle87 did you have cramping at 6 weeks? I've had quite a bit of cramping over the last few days. It's almost like me period is going to come, but it's not persistent. I get anxious over the simplist things.

Heartbeat at 6 weeks is very good. Sounds like your on a positive road 🌈. X

Hello please can I join?

I'm 5weeks+1 today so due on January 20th 2023 🥰

It's my first pregnancy and I honestly don't know what to think of everything!

I've had a "feeling" (can't say it's cramps really) in my lower left side since 10DPO and very few other symptoms! I feel full of energy (more than before I was pregnant!🤣) and my skin has become insanely soft and clear. I've had a few waves of mild nausea and I'm a bit more breathless than before after walking up stairs.

Should I be worried over my lack of symptoms and the fact that I'm feeling pretty great? 🤦‍♀️

@Ceejay85 congratulations. That's a very strong positive.

@catlady10 congratulations, everyone is different. I felt exactly the same until about a week ago. I just woke up one morning and it hit me. Some people sail through pregancy with no symptoms.

@Poppy9991 oh some nice sun. Enjoy!

Poppy9991 · 21/05/2022 08:30

@Ceejay85 very strong positive there! Congrats!! And I’m 39 and no kids either! More and more people start their maternity journey later nowadays. I wouldn’t worry too much about that!

@catlady10 Im the same as you 5w1d today! Symptoms are on and off and it is very upsetting! I would have sore boobs one day and nothing the next. Very mild nausea sometimes but rare. Let try and not focus too much on these everyone’s different I guess…

Happy to be jumping on this bandwagon! No idea of when my last period was - I wasn't keeping track - but should be due sometime in January 2023. Unfortunately suffering from hyperemesis, but less bad than with my first.

@Laurzz yes I had rather a lot of cramping this time and with my first. It's called implantation cramping I think.

Hi ladies - hope you don’t mind me joining.

I just got a BFP a few days ago and Ovia is saying I am 3 weeks and 4 days so very early. If my calculations are correct I am due 31st jan 2023 but my periods have been a bit crazy.

This will be my first baby so I have no idea what to do 🤣 I am going to ring the doctors Monday and see what they say to do. Other than that I am completely clueless at this stage. I think I am going to book in for an early scan though as I am such a worrier in general

Congratulations to you all! Xx

@Fulbe congratulations. Oh no 😪, I hope your symptoms easy soon.

@H44123 congratulations, I'm in the same boat but midwife worked my dates out from confirmed ovulation. Also my first, but I'm sure we will smash it.

Do you ladies have any period like pains? I keep getting like a full ache more so on the right side lower belly, doesn’t hurt but I can feel it. I don’t know if that’s normal? Thanks

Report
Laurzz · 22/05/2022 17:26

@H44123 Yes I've had this. Seems pretty normal when you talk to people and look on Google.

@Laurzz thank you.

it’s all so scary and unknown isn’t it. I haven’t started feeling too bad yet either, a bit of nausea but not actually sick.

I stupidly bought a few times before so I had a few, I keep checking each day just to make sure it’s still real 🤣🤣

xx
