Well I have been child free all day so had lash extentions my hair done and a couple of wines now come home to gwt my gladrags on to party hard! dh still not home though so will be leaving without him at this rate!

We went bowling today. The boys loved it to start with then it went decidedly downhill. I blame E's behaviour on Dh who let him go to bed at 9.10pm last night when I wad out and W's behaviour on...well...the fact that he's W and screaming whilst lying on the floor is in his job description. We were going to take them to McDonald's afterwards for a treat but they both got beans on toast at home instead!

Oh dear at least you could enjoy some of the bowling. I've never thought about taking D there I think he'd lose interest halfway through though.

We've had a busy day, went down the bank this morn to talk mortgages, then food shopping then back home unpack shopping then straight back out for lunch then to my parents house.

Tomorrow is a quiet day! I'm cooking roast duck tomorrow yum!

Hey everyone! Haven't been on in ages! Took me a while to catch up. We've been on holidays to Spain which was half lovely half nightmare! E was so naughty sometimes. I actually broke into tears one day on the street sayin what crap parents we were that she was that bold . A combination of the heat and tiredness and terrible twos I suppose but it was very trying. But when it was good it was very good! I'm going to let you all in on a wee secret too.... We booked our wedding!!! Eeeeeeekkkkk!!! Just got confirmation today so I'm so excited and I can't talk about it cos it's a big secret until we get engaged! 30th June next year in Nerja in Spain.
And a big congrats to Memphis too!! Put a pick of your ring up in the page! Did you decide where to go for your weekend yet? Dublin would be a very good choice and as Mlic says you can meet up with me .
Tsc that's brilliant news about mikey I'm so pleased to hear it.
Dp got his operation on his cruciate ligament yesterday so he's stuck on the couch for the next while

Doesnt look like we are going away, my sis had L last night she told me she had picked up travel cot and i said dont let him in her bed turns out he sleptin her bed she didnt bother getting travel cot then tried lying to me, i hit the roof so she laughed at me so i hit the roof some more, she is also a chocoholic and he has come home saying choclut over and over i told her no treats as he isnt eating at all at the mo, she cried as i told her se wont be trusted with him again, mum doesnt see a problem oh she also shares her bed with 3 dogs. Im his mum and she defied my parenting aibu? I have since text her with no reply and to top it off ive had a reaction to lash extentions and trying to get them off i hardly have any lases left and the one i have are killig as they are covered in he glue. Never.again!!! And at the wedding my friend fell nreaking both wrists!

Oh and just to make sure you know I realise chocolate isn't spelt choclut but thats how it sounds when he says it!

Oh god Memphis that sucks. I hope ur eyes are OK. I don't think u are being unreasonable at all. Especially knowing she shares the bed with dogs, that not right. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend xx

Memph when he's actually able to get down on one knee . About another month or so I'd say. I've left it in his hands now but he knows it has to be soon to give people plenty of notice.
With your sister I know this might not be the done thing or what you want to hear but when E Is with my mum or johns mum she gets more sweets and treats than when she's with me but I think that goes with the granny/grandad/aunt/uncle territory and I don't mind it but that's just me and I know everyone Is different. I know when I was growing up I got treats off my granny and used to absolutely love it do I don't see the harm!

kk I know he gets spoilt more there but i sent loads of food with him and she didnt give him any he has literally had a couple of mouthfuls of food a day at the mo and i didnt want them to be crap, he also didnt sleep last night due to a changed routine the night before.
It has rained all night here ao the street party will be a wet one

Hi Dudes, Im here!! Im guessing everyone has ad a busy weekend. My dh is off still today but the weather has been awfull so we were housebound yesterday, which i didnt mind as dh got into some sorting and tidying of his stuff which is everywhere, he is an avid collector of comics and some memorobilia and he has several guitars and i dont know about you guys but i feel like i have NO SPACE in my own house. So i asked him to sort loads out yesterday and today im going to ask that he look after the children for a while whilst i have some time to have a go at my stuff. Im having an issue that i have no space, physically and mentally and i need to make steps to create some other wise i may go mad!!
In other news, F is doing really well only waking once for a feed at night around 3ish and going back down easily, and D isnt waking at all!!!!!!!Although the early waking is back again, this morning it was 5.15 and he really couldnt get back to sleep, he has a cold so thats not helping, he is generally plesent but this morning was moaning. Eventually got up at 6.15, left dh in bed where he still is, ill get my lie in at the weekend(i hope!)

I'm around! Just been manic busy over the weekend with DIY and tidying, trying to get the house tidy ahead of changing estate agents and needing pictures to be redone some time in the next week or so.

M has been helping, she's getting pretty good now with the hand-vac, the dustpan and brush and cleaning surfaces with a wet wipe. Is it wrong to get our (nearly) 2 YO to do manual labour??

I ache everywhere after practising the art of 'contortion plumbing' in order change the taps for the bath and sink. Whoever designed our bathroom didn't leave much/any room for maintenance!

I've come back to work today for a rest.

More decluttering next weekend... But only a week and a bit now until we're off on holiday for a week in Norfolk! :)

Hope everyone had a nice Jubilee weekend, we didnt do anything spectacular. The weather was pretty awful aswell, saw friends/ family and stayed at home one day, cooked a roast duck lunch yum!

We go on holiday that week too Spirael :) Can't bloody wait.

I've decided to work one or two days a week over the summer. I need to, there's too much got be done by September. I also will get a break if I go to work

W is still being a royal pita. But he broke his 15th tooth the night before last. Only one left to go thank fuck and then I can't blame his moodiness on teething any more Well, until the next lot anyway...
