The entire world's movers and shakers, swindlers and fakers, public money piss-takers will be watching in trepidation at what Trump will do to them. The entire world's great and the good, high and the mighty, shifty and flighty will be supporting Hillary. Will you be with the people supporting Trump?

Have you got the ice cream, the chocolate, the biscuits and the matchsticks to keep the eyelids open ready?

As a warm-up, here is Sky News's 30 minute documentary shown last night

"Trump. Could it really happen?"

Apparently the politicos were stunned by the Brexit defeat. They were all "better together" like Hillary is "stronger together", the same wonks advising them all, spinning for all they are worth and not having a clue about the humour of the people and the laughter of the Deplorables as they dress up in Les Miserables garb, sell out tee-shirts with Deplorables 2016 on them, and laugh their way to victory.

Craig. Of course the BBC is biased what's wrong with youSmile

claig · 27/09/2016 10:20

WinchesterWoman, you are right Grin

I had hoped against hope with too much wishful thinking that because we the people fund the luvvies with our tax money that maybe they would serve the people impartially. But that was just a dream.

His doctor signed a document saying that there has never been a fitter candidate to run for President

His doctor wrote an illiterate note in very Trump-esque wording. No-one believes it.

Online polls are self-selecting and have no effective safeguard against multiple voting and bots. They're meaningless.

The interesting thing is that before the debate the general view was that he could win if he could speak reasonably coherently and get to the end of sentences without messing up. The fact that, post debate, the general view is that he lost demonstrates that he didn't even achieve that.

claig · 27/09/2016 10:33

'His doctor wrote an illiterate note in very Trump-esque wording. No-one believes it.'

Of course no one believes it. That's why the Deplorables were cracking up laughing. It's classic Trump, comedy gold.

His debate performance was disappointing because we expected more, but it doesn't matter because it was enough. The problem is his politically correct advisers, he should sack them, but there are only 40 odd days left so it is too late to change now. But none of it matters, he has done enough because this is a battle between an outsider insurrection against the Establishment, change versus the status quo, and no amount of lying by the media can stop what will happen.

claig · 27/09/2016 10:37

Not only was Trump's doctor's wording hilarious comedy gold, but later more facts came out and the punchline was even funnier

"Trump Doctor Wrote Health Letter in Just 5 Minutes as Limo Waited"

It was Trump sticking it to them and how the Deplorables laughed!

The more "shock", "horror" there is about Trump by the media and the politicos, the more the people laugh and the more votes he gets. They don't know what to do to stop them. They have advisers and spinners from all over the world helping them. Their budget has been increased to "unlimited" and still Trump's polls increase.

As he said yesterday to Hillary, "you have spent $200 million dollars on nasty ads against me and I could have been rough but out of respect for your family, I won't, and yet I am ahead or tied in the polls. That's the kind of thinking we need for the country."

OP posts:
claig · 27/09/2016 11:00

Rudy Giuliani is one of Trup's advisors and he was interviewed on Hannity and he said he would have been rough and told the truth about Hillary, and Hannity said e would have been to. Trump didn't do it because he is following the advice of Kellyann Conway who has told him to show restraint because that is "Presidential".

I don't know if Trump will keep that up. the next debate may be gloves off with the real truth, but it is risky and so far Trump is playing it safe and following Kellyann's advice, but that is why the debate was disappointing and Trump only won on the economy and gave Hillary an easy ride.

OP posts:
LadyConstanceDeCoverlet · 27/09/2016 11:03

He gave her an easy ride because he simply hasn't the brains to do anything else. When you have to resort to talking about your opponent's health, it's a sign of desperation.

claig · 27/09/2016 11:09

LadyConstanceDeCoverlet, Trump has got a hell of a lot of information that would blow the whole thing sky high, but he has been advised not to go there by his Republican enemies months ago, like Bush's Karl Rove etc, and by Fox's soft Bill O'Reilly and now by his recently appointed camapign manager Kellyann Conway.

The problem is time is running out and it is no use telling the truth after the election. By not telling the truth, Hillary is getting a free pass, but if he tells the truth it may shock the public who are not ready for it and backfire. It is difficult to know which option is best. Either way I don't think it matters, because Trump has done enough to get it in the bag anyway.

OP posts:
claig · 27/09/2016 11:18

I think Trump will now probably change strategy and start going for it in his rallies, telling some shocking truths, because he could have done better than he did on the debate (even though he has won all the online polls except for the Clinton News Network) and the Kellyann Conway strategy is effectively gagging him.

Megyn Kelly of Fox, who in my opinion is anti Trump, made a big deal out of the China Climate Change stuff, but that was obviously a joke even though Trump knows that climate change is a hoax, but his politically correct adviser, KellyAnn Conway, didn't have the bottle to face Megyn Kelly down with the truth and back Trump up. That is Trump's problem, he has the wrong advisers and time is running out.

'How many more shocking truths does the man have ?'

He has got some mindblowing ones and they would end the whole thing but also bring the entire system into disrepute so he may not be able to go there.

As if Trump could keep his mouth shut on all this information he apparently has

he looked like an overconfident salesman who was just desperate to make a sale, Clinton looked confident in what she was saying

Clinton's response to not having the stamina was brilliant it wasn't Clinton who looked flustered and worn down by the end of the debate own goal there for Trump

LadyConstanceDeCoverlet · 27/09/2016 16:35

The constant interruptions by Trump showed that he isn't capable of organising his thoughts and is frightened of letting his opponents have their say. And why does he keep making that stupid gesture with his thumb and index finger? It looks like he's desperate for a wank.

ssd · 27/09/2016 16:47

RTKM's back, doing what she does best Smile

ssd · 27/09/2016 16:49

claig, the only mind blowing info Trump has is whether his hair's real or not

claig · 27/09/2016 16:57

The hair is real

Very good analysis on Sky News just now with Kate McAndrew of Republicans Abroad and a Democrat supporter. They both agreed that Hillary won on policy etc, but as Kate (who is not a Trump fan) said for entertainment Trump may still have won and his first 30 minutes on the economy was the best she had seen him. She thinks his advisers have hamstrung Trump by not allowing him to attack which is why Hillary had a free pass to attack and Trump was sidetracked to minor issues to defend himself and we may see the old-style Trump back for the next debate.

Bring on the real Trump. As Trump's sacked former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, rightly used to say

"Let Trump be Trump".

Lweji · 27/09/2016 17:09

Never mind the interruptions. He just can't say an entire coherent sentence.

'Michael Moore Says Trump ‘Won’ The Debate'

Michael Moore appeared frustrated on Twitter following the presidential debate, saying Donald Trump “won” and “we all lost.”

The 62-year-old filmmaker warned “pro-Hillary gloaters” against celebrating over how Hillary Clinton did in the debate against the Republican nominee and insisted nothing she did changed things

dailycaller.com/2016/09/27/michael-moore-says-trump-won-the-debate/

If they let the real Trump out for part 2, it could be a whole new story. Hillary got an easy time this time.
