I have been the prime carer for my kids for years ,but she was jealous because i was too close with them ,so she provoked me ,i shouted to her ,made me arrested ,she left ,took me to court ,invented all sort of allegations, the case continue...

You don't get arrested for shouting.

Hmm. I suspect it is not as simple.

Who is 'she'?

chrismissymoomoomee · 23/12/2012 13:21

You can't be provoked into a nasty reaction, you can be provoked into walking away.

mrscrimbobash · 23/12/2012 13:23

Nobody 'made you arrested'. You GOT arrested for behaving in an inappropriate way.

papa123 · 23/12/2012 13:25

yes this is what i should have done ,its so hard to think about it now ,but the kids are not a weapon to use

You were arrested for shouting?

Gosh. You must have been shouting very loudly indeed.

I wonder what exactly you were shouting.

Threats, perhaps?...

you had a choice. You could have walked away. You chose to shout things that were bad enough for the police to arrest you and for a court to remove your children.

Take at least some responsibility.

BehindLockNumberNine · 23/12/2012 13:27

It sounds to me, just from the information you have provided here, that it is all 'her' fault.
Which I find hard to believe and I don't think anyone can comment until we have the full story.
But nobody provoked you, nobody made you arrested. If you cannot control your actions and immediately blame someone else then right there may be one of the reasons the relationship has not worked out for you...

papa123 · 23/12/2012 13:37

the court did not remove the kids from ,the is waiting for more hearings to decide ,her actions were well planned

OP posts:
fuzzywuzzy · 23/12/2012 13:38

You don't get arrested for shouting, you don't lose your children even if you're regularly beating ten bells out of your partner.

Stop blaming 'her' and look at your actions & how you can become someone the authorities do not see as a significant physical threat to little children.

Ime it takes a lot with witnesses to lose contact with your children completely.

papa123 · 23/12/2012 13:40

poor kids they dont know what happened ,where is daddy

TeamBacon · 23/12/2012 13:40

wth is going on? Confused

SledYuleCated · 23/12/2012 13:44

It might be helpful to say clearly what has happened, why and what you want to happen.

Because it sure as hell isn't clear Xmas Confused

chrismissymoomoomee · 23/12/2012 13:45

What exactly are you hooping to acheive with this thread? I don't think this is the place for it really. You did wrong, now you are due in court and want symapthy from people who have, in a lot of cases, been on the receiving end of abuse. Show some consideration please and take responsibility for your actions. It sounds like you are the one usuing your children.

fuzzy ,i do not beat my kids at all ,never ever .the problem is with her not the kids

OP posts:
chrismissymoomoomee · 23/12/2012 13:50

If you have been arrested because she 'provoked' you into a reaction then the problem is with you not her or the kids.

RyleDup · 23/12/2012 13:53

You are the one who was arrested, not her presumably. Aren't you in control of your own actions?

ZZZenAgain · 23/12/2012 13:54

if you were the prime carer for years, the court will take this into account. Get legal advice and representation if it is about custody or parental responsibility. If ana amicable solution cannot be found, unfortunately you need to go to court.

How old are the dc? How long since you have seen them?

papa123 · 23/12/2012 13:57

i am hoping to get to be with my kids ,and regarding her yes i am sorry for all my actions really sorry but again this is not a reason to take them from me .

OP posts:
papa123 · 23/12/2012 14:00

they are under 4 ,i see them once a week supervised

OP posts:
CailinDana · 23/12/2012 14:01

Why were you arrested?

Jemma1111 · 23/12/2012 14:03

Sounds like she had a lucky escape
