Hi, hope your Jogglers have arrived safely. Once you've had the chance to get them set up and had a play, please can you post your feedback to these questions from O2:

  1. Did you find it easy to set up?
  1. What worked best for you?
  1. Would you recommend it to a friend?
  1. Do you think it's good value for money
  1. Would you like to see any additions?
  1. How would you use it to organise your family life?
  1. Anything else you'd like to add?

And the latest on the webchats is that they'll now take place between 1-2pm (not 7pm) on Weds 10 June and Weds 1 July on www.mum-e.co.uk, but as usual if you can't make it on the day you can leave your questions/feedback in advance and the Joggler team will answer them/respond between 1-2pm.

We'll post the urls of the chats as soon as we have them.

Happy Joggling,

MNHQ

Have to confess that I am also continuing with my Outlook/PDA as the best solution for our family, and , having just entered the entire term's calendar for 2 children into the family Outlook account I can't see me doing ti all over again into the Joggler

bramblebooks · 08/09/2009 23:18

VulpusinaWilfsuit · 08/09/2009 23:26

Well. You all thought it too, didn't you?

ReddyMealsAreNotWorthIt · 08/09/2009 23:36

I was promised a gift by 02.

I thought it would be an iPhone.

I never dreamt it might be chocolate.

I haven't received either

bonkerz · 12/09/2009 09:54

thanks again for helping to get a replacement!

wilbur · 12/09/2009 10:18

I will be eating my chocolate while lying on the sofa tonight .

Does anyone know when they are planning to update th Calendar with all our suggestions? I am using the Joggler a lot and it works really well for us, but if it is to truly replace the wall calendar, it needs to have those updates.

Dh complained that my Joggler was showing the wrong time yesterday (he was late for his train!) I looked at it last night and it was showing the last updated news from 3rd of August and it was also saying it wasn't connected to the internet I unplugged it and then plugged it back in and it connected!

O2- I think dh has thrown I have lost the envelope that I'm suppposed to return the old power cable back in can I have an address to send it back to please? Like cornflakemum my new one didn't have an o2 sticker on either!

Oh and thanks for the chocolate, dd really enjoyed she decided to help herself one morning for breakfast!

Lovely Joggler people you have finally got a product that is almost worth the cost of it! (I am still having REAL issues with the fact that it's a diary but so fekking difficult to customise times/dates - ie needing a 3 day repeat).

I am loving the new internet radio option and my home is a calmer place for it. TV is off, lovely classic fm off. happy days.

Now sort out the customisable dates and times repeats and being able to alter an existing appointment rather than cancelling and redoing.

MrsWeasley · 27/02/2010 16:20

Still loving my joggler but have noticed the 5 in a row game has now gone.

SuSylvester · 20/03/2010 14:48

MINE IS STILL BROKEN
CHARLIE AT JOGGLER NEVER GOT BACK TO ME AFTER TWO EMAILS
IS ALMSOT IN BIN
CANNOT RECOMMENT IT AT ALL

bramblebooks · 20/03/2010 15:28

Mine is also still broken and no one got back to me too. It's not a major issue, as it's still on, but it randomly switches off and the photo screensaver jams now. I tried to do a factory reset a few times, but that doesn't work.
The joggler people on the telephone at o2 won't help me as it's not from a shop

SuSylvester · 20/03/2010 15:28

so pretty shit then

bramblebooks · 20/03/2010 19:12

well it was fab, but the customer service follow up has been pants.

WilfSell · 05/04/2010 19:21

Yoooohoooo - are y'all still using your Jogglers?

It has just become a device I might at last use for more than a paperweight, since they have ugraded the software and introduced downloadable apps.

Very sensible and timely, O2: well done.

So now I can finally use Google Calendar on it, which means the whole family can update it. And the kids like the new free games. Not sure I will be looking at Youtube in the kitchen but I think the 'apps' route is definitely the right way to go.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 14/04/2010 22:44

I am very taken with the games - deep sea dive is curiously addictive and dress up just barking

the youtube app is great

haven't bothered with the calendar thingy, can't be arsed tbh
