FEEDBACK THREAD for Joggler testers

Hi, hope your Jogglers have arrived safely. Once you've had the chance to get them set up and had a play, please can you post your feedback to these questions from O2:

  1. Did you find it easy to set up?
  1. What worked best for you?
  1. Would you recommend it to a friend?
  1. Do you think it's good value for money
  1. Would you like to see any additions?
  1. How would you use it to organise your family life?
  1. Anything else you'd like to add?

And the latest on the webchats is that they'll now take place between 1-2pm (not 7pm) on Weds 10 June and Weds 1 July on www.mum-e.co.uk, but as usual if you can't make it on the day you can leave your questions/feedback in advance and the Joggler team will answer them/respond between 1-2pm.

We'll post the urls of the chats as soon as we have them.

Happy Joggling,

MNHQ

Yep, that's it!

(Oh and I added it after I had set up the joggler, just went online and put the extra person on the calender and it updated my Joggler within a few seconds )

  1. Did you find it easy to set up?

My technophobe 70 year old Mother could do it.

  1. What worked best for you?

It is all working really well for me, love the digital photo frame.

  1. Would you recommend it to a friend?

Without a shadow of a doubt.

  1. Do you think it's good value for money

Will come back to you on that one, when I have used all the bells and whistle, but for now I would say yes.

  1. Would you like to see any additions?

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

  1. How would you use it to organise your family life?

Just about to add the calendar, so will come back to you.

  1. Anything else you'd like to add?

My compliments and respect to the genius or genii that made it so fool idiot proof.

Now if they could do the same with mobiles.........

( the calendar took ages adn was NOT clear at all but lol at "bin recylcing being calernadable)

BecauseImWorthIt · 29/05/2009 18:37

Well I have failed at the first fence because I don't know what my network key is, it's not printed on the back of my router nor is it in the stuff that's left in the box that the router came in.

The IT guy we use, who possibly might know it, has (not surprisingly) gone home.

My PA is in the pub not answering her mobile.

I have tried the o2 website, but that just goes through all the steps - doesn't tell you how to find out your router, so I'm going to try and call the helpline.

MrsWeasley · 29/05/2009 18:42

Its here and its lovely.

  1. Did you find it easy to set up? Yes Very very easy,
  1. What worked best for you? I Love the calendar, kids love the weather
  1. Would you recommend it to a friend? So far Yes
  1. Do you think it's good value for money Time will tell, if it means we dont forget things then yes, very much.
  1. Would you like to see any additions? I think you should have a facilty to add your own items on the quick events. Also really need a "2 weekly" repeat event timing for my rubbish collections.
  1. How would you use it to organise your family life? Everyone will be encouraged to enter their own events on either on the Joggler or on the PC and then I can check the Joggler and we shouldnt forget anything again!
  1. Anything else you'd like to add? umm Yes Thank you and thank you for the sim cards too, very very useful
Grattage · 29/05/2009 18:43

agree re forntights

MerlinsBeard · 29/05/2009 18:47

Mine didn't come

BecauseImWorthIt · 29/05/2009 18:53

The very nice man on the helpline couldn't find my network key either.

BreevandercampLGJ · 29/05/2009 19:08

Calendar proving tricky.

Have decided to use the 02 sim in an old phone to receive updates, it won't let me change, am on to help desk.

Vair nice young mayan, gone off to check for me. Anyone here, want to try and beat him to it....

MrsWeasley · 29/05/2009 19:15

perhaps your old phone is locked to the network yoou were on.

I have used 1 of the new sim cards in an old phone too but it was previously used on O2 network!

BecauseImWorthIt · 29/05/2009 19:17

I'm in!

Between me and another lovely and very helpful man on the helpline we sorted out it, and he stayed on the line whilst it was all set up.

Murray, I think he was called. And the other guy was Graham.

Haven't got time to do the calendar now, but will come back to play later!

BIWI

Try this:

  1. Go to control panel
2.Select Network & Sharing Centre
  1. Click 'view computers & devices
  2. Right click on your router
5.Select properties
  1. Click the 'Network Device' tab
  2. Make a note of your router's IP address.
  3. Enter the address in the address bar of your browser.
  4. Somewhere in your router interface (on mine it is titled 'security') you will find your WEP key.
lou031205 · 29/05/2009 19:19

Absolutely gutted about that x-post! Glad you are in

BreevandercampLGJ · 29/05/2009 19:21

It won't let me edit my details on the 02 site, rather suspect I may have to re register which will be a pain in the bum.

lou031205 · 29/05/2009 19:27

"The mobile number you provided when registering with o2.co.uk will appear automatically."

You need to go to the main o2 site and edit your mobile number.

lou031205 · 29/05/2009 19:32

Just to clarify, not the o2 calendar site, but o2 itself.

BreevandercampLGJ · 29/05/2009 19:33

Thank you, off to try that.

BreevandercampLGJ · 29/05/2009 19:46

Thank you.

We beat the help desk or rather you did.

Boco · 29/05/2009 19:51
