Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Me to!! Fed up don't think am going to phone this week now been put of again. I have to top up every time I phone. Its such a waste of a tenner. Might need to wait to next sat. Unless I hear positive news in the same time scale

I am lucky I have landline with free calls, do you think I should try and hold off a bit before I phone?

Morgan97, my last two child benefit payments were paid in at a different date than normal, end of month as opposed to mid month. Not sure why....hopefully yours is on its way.

Lol, up until last week I phoned everyday, haven't phoned since Friday and I am dying to but trying to hold off and sinc others said they are upto the 3rd wasn't any point in me phoning before Friday! When I do talk yo them I will of course keep you updated

It is kind of addictive phoning, i only rung today but still want to call friday as he said it should be on by then

Sorry my Internet connection died bloody hell. I think my child benefit is late cost of nat wests major cock up again,well I bloody hope so I need hat money,I get it paid monthly n had to use a weeks wage to pay advance rent.
When all this has been sorted for you all it might be worth putting in an official complaint to try n claim back money for phone calls and postage the worst hing they can say is no just a thought

Yes we definitely need to do something to get this more in the public eye. Someone told me they (concentrix) were fined in America for something. I've not found anything about that...yet!
