Morgan97 · 23/06/2015 19:42

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 08:20

Someone said on Monday that they were upto the 3rd

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 08:36

Must be the 5th today! But then someone said even if they are signed on it could take another 4 weeks to be looked at. Think that's why am put of phoning

efergie82 · 24/06/2015 08:39

Well stupidly last night as id had enough i scoured all my skin till my psoriasis bled so my OH i think now understand the anxiety all this is causing, its madness. Ive done nothing wrong yet this has my head so mashed its ridiculous, ive rung the docs and am going there later to which i know he will put me back on meds so thank you concentrix!!! I am back where i was 24 mnths ago, they have no thought for the fact the people they are making wait all this time, its screwing their heads up to where they have just had enough. Morgan i dont know how you cope i really dont bt they need making accounable for their actions

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 08:43

Oh efergie that's terrible they really haven't thought of the effect they are having especially with all these delays which are not our fault we have done as asked and are being made to suffer even though we have done nothing wrong and are innocent!
Hope everything goes ok at the doctors (big hugs)

theendoftheendoftheend · 24/06/2015 09:26

I'm just calling them now, but does anyone know if they don't get your docs scannes onto the system before the deadline date (mine is the 4th July and they signed for the docs on the 12th June) do you get penalised?

Evilpixie · 24/06/2015 09:37

Quick update from me. I called yesterday to be told the 3 week time limit again on documents to be scanned mine were signed for on 9thjune. My friends were signed for on 8 th June and she. Has had her money stopped. No notice or warning just no payment today. They say she hasn't sent everything they need but can't tell her what's missing wtaf

theendoftheendoftheend · 24/06/2015 09:44

Eh?? How can she send it if they won't say what's missing? I'm really worried my payments will be stopped after the 4th as from the sounds of it there's no way my docs will have been scanned onto the system by then.

jonny82 · 24/06/2015 09:45

I don't understand how they are only up to 4-5th June for scanning on docs this week yet your friends was dated 8th June and has managed to also have it looked at to say they not got what they needed.

There is about 3-4 weeks after docs being scanned on to actually been looked at is what I got told yesterday.

Your friend might have her dates wrong ?

ciaraDon · 24/06/2015 10:01

If your docs have been signed for your payments shouldn't be stopped even if they haven't been scanned. If you have proof they received them before deadline then try not to worry. But this backlog they have created is down to their useless system.
Morgan I hope things take a turn for the better for you soon xxx

zolabud81 · 24/06/2015 10:07

Ladies babyalan13 is past her deadline and she still received payment because she sent recorded delivery and they have the proof that they have the documents because they have the tracking number so if u sent by recorded delivery and u gave concentrix the tracking number then u should be fine

zolabud81 · 24/06/2015 10:10

And to confirm my documents were signed on the 8th of june and phoned yesterday and they have not bee scanned yet

zolabud81 · 24/06/2015 10:27

But half of my worry is that they actually get them signed on to the system and they are not actually lost

zolabud81 · 24/06/2015 10:31

If anybody rings and they find out Wat date they are up to can u please post it in here please

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 10:36

No point me phoning then!,! This is awful. All I ever think about!!! I got paid today and my deadline was Saturday. When I phoned last Wednesday. Documents still not signed on

jonny82 · 24/06/2015 10:36

Zola yesterday they said about 3rd -4th June.

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 10:37

Agree Zola! If someone could ring and find out!! I would but it costs me!:(

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 12:04

Hello, everybody.
I've been watching the thread like many others.
I received the living with somebody letter on the 1st of June, I ignored the letter and was about to burn it as I thought it was just an everyday spam kind of letter, after reading it I had a mixture of feelings, anger from the wording of their nonsensical aligation to which no reference of reason was implied and a hell of a lot of worry as I do not have anybody live with me nor have I been married. The documents they request seemed so much to aquire in the short time I had so ordered 12 months bank statements, sent a council tax letter, 1 tenancy agreement and sent them next day recorded on the 11th, they were received on the 12th.
I haven't heard back yet and haven't received any documents back either.
I am moving into a housing association house next week or the week after and this could really mess things up as you all know.
I have been wondering, based on a few comments made here, when concentrix have not sorted out(scanned people's documents) by the date they request to received all the documentation, they seem to be informing people if you have proof you posted your money will not be stopped? Does this mean you complied and they failed to hit their cut off date?
Does that mean sending your documents as close to that date with proof if delivery will mess things up for them?
Maybe calling them up before that date isn't going in our favours as they extend the cut off date giving themselves longer to work on each persons case?
This is only questions I have been mulling over in my mind since going through all your posts.
How are things going for you Morgan? Your situation seems to be a pretty tough one and you have kept your head fire on your shoulders and remained a rock for people on here.
I'm holding off calling concentrix until after my cut off date 1st July, as to test out the cut off date theory I have, I have recorded delivery proof, but I do not want to tell them this as I feel this helps them, and as long as I have it it, is my evidence that they're full of shit in future crap to come x

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 12:20

Also what is the deal with people receiving letters about "new claims" being made? Is this a way of not having to pay back arrears to people and raking back the backpayments towards the multi billion £ contract they have taken out? They are paid on commission afterall not an hourly wage.
Covering letters seem to be a must with a successful outcome with concentrix, is this correct? Declaring that your circumstances haven't change change? This silly tick box thing I have read about on numerous occasions occasions? X

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 12:23

Sorry about my double word posts :) my phone has a mind of its own x

twingo12 · 24/06/2015 12:24

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 12:29

Aww that's great!! You must be delighted. Wish I could hear something. Your wait wasn't to bad.

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 12:31

I sent a covering letter saying why I claim tax credits and the ages of my children. And the information I provided.

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 12:37
