A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

well just phoned hmrc. Would you believe I got straight through!!!! Total shock. I asked about my renewal.I said you have it 8 weeks. He put me on hold a wee minute. He then said they only got it 24 June!! I said that's probably because of concentrix. He then said it can take 8 weeks from then and that its processing! He doesn't no when I'll get paper part! So I asked about my payment on Wednesday he said I'll get 305!! I said well it must be processed because that's went up by 40! He hasn't a clue!! Lol but my payments have went up. I knew they owed me money!!!!!!!

Baby did you renew with HMRC before Concentrix letter ? Just wondered as I renewed with HMRC then got letter after and wondering if this will mean Concentrix will want me to send renewal to them ?

Chrissy I have felt so down with all this, haven't been eating, not sleeping, keep getting bad headaches and pains in my chest!
Silly thing is I know I don't need to worry as I have sent them everything that confirms I am working, that the hours I work match what I told hmrc and that my earning match what they have done!
Even knowing that I still can't relax!
My documents were signed for on 5th of June, don't know when yo phone again if I should try and call everyday or ring Wednesday and if not on system then again Friday!

Chrissy I'm like you I renewed by phone with hmrc, I phoned on 1st of May to renew, about a week letter got a provisional letter for this year, then on 4th of June got letter from concentrix

12fedup I rang HMRC on 8 May to renew and they done credit check.
He said everything was fine and would process.
This letter came after so I haven't a clue what they are on about. I sent what I could but worry they will stop payments if I didn't send enough. I sort of feel
Am I wasting my time ringing this week if yours arnt on and your 3 days in front although none of us know what system they are using. They could all just be a in a pile and they are scanning them in no particular order. God knows what they are at. I don't think they could say we are out of order
Ringing or guilty of something when it we are sending such important personal details. I don't think it unreasonable
To want to know where it is...I'm so drained with it all. Working seems pointless!

I renewed at end of April they received 1/5. Didn't get concentrix letter to 3 weeks later!!

I was told there are no deadlines or dates because hmrc cannot finalise you're award till concentrix have completed those checks only after 10 weeks can hmrc chase for closure. The lady told me hmrc cannot even phone them if they have a query they have to email and they take over a week to reply she says it's so frustrating ?!!!!! Really no shit Sherlock

I don't think think it can viewed as wrong or sign of guilt by phoning, I think the same as you they have our private information and it's no wonder we are all worried when no one can tell us when our documents will go the system and we we will get them back!
I was told same thing when I phoned hmrc see, he said it had all gone through ok and would get letter soon!
I think everyone's renewal must of gone through concentrix as people are getting straight through to hmrc which never happens at this time if year!
I just feel like I'm running on empty, I am sure I have sent enough but always that worry they will ask for more!
Just don't know what to do and if I should call daily or every other day!

My worry is some bloke I spoke to originally said send my main accounts I use as I had 2
Dormant accounts that
Had no transactions for the year. I'm now thinking this bloke was talking rubbish and I should have sent them even though there was no transactions to see. Even if I sent them now they would just confuse them. Wouldn't be hard as they seem
So incompetent !

I am hoping and praying all day everyday that mine is done by the 17th of July when kids break up and I finish work for the summer don't know how I will function other wise!
I did send the renewal form with my documents as I thought better safe than sorry, although man I spoke to on Saturday said he could see I had already done my renewal

At I think is really unfair if they did decide to send claim back to hmrc and they stop the claim all this time someone haddock being paid waiting for descion they will owe it all back ...

Just like to know what is actually going on in their mail room that it's taken this amount of time to scan on, should be a case of receive one day, scan the next day and return. What are they doing in there!

i read on one of their sites that if
Tax credits payments are
Provisional and they are stopped for whatever reason they do not have to backdate them as they are provisional. They just have to restart them. I must look it up. If true it's not fair and worrying.

Hence the time taking to go to tribunal

They have taken on far to much, why have they kept sending letters and allowed this backlog to grow and grow they should have stopped sending letters for a week or two to clear this back log.
I feel like I am tortured for being honest and sending everything back ASAP, I get up and go to work everyday they know this otherwise they wouldn't know how much I am earning from rti!
Just need this over with, my youngest has ADHD and autism and I can cope with the stresses that brings but I am really struggling with the this added pressure on top!

I hope not as that is unfair when this delay is being caused by a company they hired to do the work!

It is disgusting scousejo and no one seems to care about what is going on with this company!

Letters sent out by August.
Seems They were fine around may then it all went pear shaped.
