Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

And bank statements! Seems as I too am having employment check I didn't need to send bank statements but it asked for them on the form. And I'm concerned it may open another can of worms! My son is entitled to DLA only gets lower rate but that goes in my bank and I pass it on to his dad who he now lives with. This is how all this is making us feel something so innocent is making us feel guilty! !!

So basically we have been picked as we are high risk for a number of reasons (only scanned some of the contract) but they estimate 2m out of the 5.5m claims are incorrect so need checking.....

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 16:52

Cazzy did u tell them about dla you can get extra, however that won't matter as it's your son's claim not yours

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 16:54

Efergie I wouldn't pay too much attention to that high risk part I genuinely believe they are sending out to anyone and everyone in the hope they catch someone claiming incorrectly

cazzymog · 24/06/2015 16:57

No idea how I posted that three times!! I used to get extra when he lived here. But now lives a mile away with his dad. Funny how I'm being checked when I receive less then I used to!!

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 16:59

Ok cazzy, I just think they are posting these letters to everyone

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 16:59

I hope so!! Well my claim is wrong cause am being underpayed!! From what I can work out. Jes it makes me feel sick. I hope they don't ask for anything else cause I've nothing to give! Fed up did they ask you for p60? They never asked for mine but I sent it anyway

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 17:02

Never mentioned it in the letter the day I posted my first lot of documents back special delivery I phoned to check I sent the right things off and the person I spoke to said to also send p60 and contract, which I posted first class on the 5th so hopefully that will go on this week as well

zolabud81 · 24/06/2015 17:18

As I've said I get paid cash not into the bank so i did not send bank statements so all I sent was p60 and letter from employer sayin that I get paid cash and how many how hours I do per week do u think k that will be suffice to as my concentrix check wa just about what hours I work

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 17:21

I hope so Zola cause am the same!! I did have payslips but they are useless cause they don't state hours. I'll have to phone at weekend!!!

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 17:21

They were checking my employment and hours too.

I think that will be fine did you send p60 as well? Did you speak to them and ask if that was enough to send?

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 17:21

Sorry just read you sent p60!!

zolabud81 · 24/06/2015 17:25

Yeah I phoned them and said I get paid cash they said send your p60 which I did and letter from employer stating what how's I do and that I get paid cash so that should be fine shouldn't it

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 17:25

Baby don't worry mine doesn't have hours on it either, that was why I got letter from the bursar at my school to confirm how many hours I work and the hours on that letter also matches a letter that I had from 2013 which I was asked to sign to confirm I agreed to my hours of work increasing and that takes over that section in my contract (I posted that to them also).

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 17:27

If they told you it is then I would say so.

After I had send more items off the day after I sent my first lot of documents I phoned to inform what additional items I had sent and was told I had sent more than enough to them

stresshead99 · 24/06/2015 17:32

hi, so pleased you got your payment baby. I didn't send my items recorded delivery, just 1st class and not everything they wanted either because I didn't have it. I sent my stuff off My 22nd, don't know when they got it but I rang 26th May and they didn't have it then! I got a letter 22nd of June returning my docs and saying they will contact me soon about my claim. I have been getting paid weekly through out. I thought this was a good sign but some folk think otherwise, Morgan got messed about with letters and that. I'm still hoping though x

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 17:40

Maybe Mr postman will bring something tomorrow!!

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 17:44

Hopefully the end is in sight for you stress head, what was the date in the letter you got on 22nd of June? And what date was your deadline line again?

Like I said I do honestly think there is nothing behind these checks they are just hoping to catch people who are claiming wrongly. I did see on another forum someone who got the employment/hours check from Concentrix who was panicking because they had dropped their working hours from 16 to 12 hours a week and hadn't informed tax credits, concentrix is obviously hoping they can catch more people who have done this and I am sure we all agree with that.

It's just a shame it is taking so long to get our documents onto their systems and work on are cases as its that and the wording of the that is causing the stress and anxiety!

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 17:44

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you baby x

babyalan13 · 24/06/2015 17:51

Aye I agree fed up to. Cause especially with the 30 hour element because you get extra money if you work 30 hours so they probably want to cut that out. Cause to be honest when I got my job 3 years ago I phoned them and said I work 30 hours(which I do!) But anyone could say that!! Cause they never asked me to prove it!! Same for 16 hour people!

Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 17:52

I wonder if we can complain about this?

A letter from concentric part 4!
Consent2trix · 24/06/2015 17:55

They are supposed to have our documents returned to us within a maximum of 3 days from receipt and scanned on the system within 4 days.

12fedup12 · 24/06/2015 18:00

That's what I was thinking baby when you phone them they never ask for confirmation from anyone regarding the hours you work they just take your word for it, so when you think of it like that it does make sense for them to get this information but wish they they would just say that.

I know they under pressure to make savings from the government which is why I think they are sending to everyone
